Nice, spacious apartment in the heart of Bath. Tastefully decorated. Excellent communication with the host in advance of our arrival.

The beds were not that comfortable. There is quite a bit of noise from the seagulls: this was ok for us, but does make sleeping with the window open somewhat difficult.

The location couldn't be better. You can walk to everything within minutes. The property was very clean, bright, spacious and well appointed. Very thoughtfully and beautifully decorated. Really felt like a home away from home. Instructions to get inside, turn on heat, where to park, etc were extremely well detailed and we had no issues. I would highly recommend this property.

the apartment was very cold when we arrived and took ages to warm up. apparently it been empty all week with no heating,when the week had below freezing !

really modern and clean design. nice little balcony but too. I’ve lived in Bath previously so lived in and been in many properties in the area, so can tell this place is really really good for quality and price

it was cold. we had to blast the heating and even after that once it got to the night it still felt cold. they should probably get some curtains in to help with that and also for some privacy in the living room

No mirror or clothes storage in the smaller bedroom. Having to strip the beds on departure.

Apartment was beautifully furnished and was conveniently located to central Bath. Not necessarily a dislike; the living could benefit from another sofa or love seat to accommodate 4 adults. The individual chairs are lovely but not the most comfortable for sitting in for a few hours in the evening.

The apartment is located well, right next to a small park and adjacent to excellent restaurants and shopping. It is furnished and decorated to a high standard. The bathroom and kitchen are extremely well presented. Everything inside was clean and prepared well for our arrival.

Audible activity from others in the building was loud and frequent, due to little sound insulation. Understandable for the building/location, but worth noting. The heating inexplicably jumped to 25 degrees multiple times; we had to repeatedly override this back to a sane value. There is no airflow through the apartment and we were given instructions not to open the kitchen widows (due to a fault); but to use the balcony doors instead, which is not secure. The balcony/patio could do with some work; uneven tiles, tall grass growing through, etc. The bathroom sink was not draining properly.

The apartment was spotlessly clean, very high quality furnishings and had everything we needed. The location was ideal, within walking distance of all the attractions of Bath. Communications with the owners was great, and they were super helpful.

We liked everything, but we did move the rugs in the hall, which tended to slide a bit!

Great location in the middle of Town. But still really quiet at nighttime. Bright, clean and beautiful apartment. Easy access and practical instructions from the friendly host. Would stay there again in a heartbeat!

We have stayed in many apartments in many cities and this really was up there with the best. Spacious, stylish, very clean upon arrival. Really lovely place to stay. Great location, everything we wanted to see was within a short walk. Good communication from the hosts. Easy to access using key safe box. Highly recommend.

Couldn't fault our stay.

It is an excellent place to stay. So close to the town and 2 min walk to the nearest car park. We would definitely stay here again.

It could have done with another small sofa as the 2 additional chairs were not very comfortable to relax in.
