it was spacious and very nice

parking was a bit ambiguous at first but easily got a space as it was the weekend - blinds not covering all of windows

great location, spacious apartment, with great facilities.

the property could have been a bit cleaner, under the radiators we’re some really big dust balls , and stains on the sofa. But the bathrooms were really clean and great showers!

We lost the property we had booked on arrival to Bristol on Thursday and this was the only alternative that booking. Com coukd give us. Unfortunately it had no parking and we had to walk 15 minutes to the apartment and there was not enough beds and the layout wasn't suitable.

A modern flat with modern facilities, comfortable and clean. Very good location and city view from the living room windows.

Several wrong wifi labels were displayed in the living room, which took us some time to sort it out (the correct one was sent by email, so why not removing the wrong labels?). I didn't notice the damage deposit when I made the booking, as it was stated in an inconspicuous place in the webpage. This is NOT a small amount. If you are travelling with a carefully planned budget as we did, do consider this. Most flats/houses do not charge damage deposits.

Location was excellent - convenient walk to many of the attractions around Bristol, as well as various local shops. Apartment was clean, with good facilities and, apart from the dripping tap mentioned below, all seemed to be in working order.

The listing stated that parking was available (but that reservation was needed). However, after we booked (very last minute, due to falling though of original plans), we found out that there were only a limited number of permits available and we did not get one. Without this residents parking permit, the closest parking we could find (allowing more than 3 hours max stay) was 10 min walk away in the Clifton Down shopping centre (£12 per day / overnight) - workable, but not ideal. We also had a continually dripping tap in the kitchen, which we reported as soon as we arrived, but which didn't get sorted out during out stay (3 nights).

The fact the original advert states it included private parking which did not become evident until an email a couple of weeks before that it was permit parking only available on a first come first served basis. Made it an additional worry that was not easy to factor in. As the booking had been made several weeks in advance I may not have kept the booking and found something with parking included if I had been made aware earlier. The facilities were in need of a little tlc but were clean

Huge apartment, very comfortable and all mod cons. Clean rooms, up to date bathrooms and comfy bed linen. The apartment is very roomy, with high ceilings and a large living/dining/kitchen area. Set back well from the road in a good area. Parking over the road is only available on weekends as there is a school there. Good wifi.

The decor was a bit OTT – lots of non-functioning clocks and so on on the walls and a coffee table that for some reason had aluminium cladding screwed onto it, which made playing cards very difficult.

Lovely spacious well equipped apartment.

Bedroom blinds didn't cover the top panes of the windows so the room was light all night (from street lights) and even lighter when the sun rose. Parking was a residents permit for on street parking (which wasn't clear on the booking page)

Very stylish and comfortable

Creaking floorboards and thin walls- was woken up at 6am daily by people walking upstairs which is a real shame and means I wouldn't stay again
