Loved the suite for our family of five. The sofa bed was no way big enough to sleep two, but the staff kindly bought a extra put up bed. We were really comfortable and there was loads of space. The bathroom was huge and the children loved the fact there was a TV in the bathroom! The breakfast was amazing!

At £300 for one night for 5 of us, it was a bit eye watering expensive. However, compared to other hotels where we would have had to get two rooms, the king suite actually worked out good value.

raňajky - slušný výber, čerstvé, pravidelne doplňované. Boli ochotní nám po Check oute ponechať na recepcii batožinu.

Málo úložného priestoru v skrini. Nevrátili nám depozit, ktorrý od nás pri check in účtovali.

Staff,friendly and accommodating particularly those that worked in restaurant.

Not to familiar with Bristol but having circled block because I missed the parking garage,it appears to be run down.Staying and eating at Hotel was safe bet.

Room was very spacious. Near bus station. Breakfast very good, with plenty of choice

Nothing Staff Great Food Great

Het hotel ligt dichtbij het centrum. Het is daarom een goede uitvalsbasis. De kamer voldeed aan de verwachting. Deze was ruim en goed uitgerust.

Ik heb hier geen opmerkingen. Het hotel en de kamer voldeed aan onze verwachtingen. Het is alleen jammer dat we niet veel van de charme van Bristol hebben kunnen zien omdat we op doorreis waren naar Cardiff.

Room was basic, but comfortable. Restaurant was pleasant and staff in the restaurant were excellent, and very polite.

Corridors were very cold. 4/6 lifts weren't working. Reception wasn't staffed; only small 24hr desk at the basement.

Nothing, however the staff were great, particularly Harjit in the restaurant.

Children and others rampaging through the restaurant at 9.30pm on a Saturday evening whilst my friend and I were having dinner - outrageous! Also, a very strange mix of ‘guests’ staying at the hotel. Very odd.

De locatie is perfect, je loopt zo het centrum in. Personeel super vriendelijk, met name Mel (restaurant) was zeer behulpzaam en vriendelijk. In/uitchecken ging snel en soepel. Kamer lekker ruim en voorzien van alle gemakken. Ruim voldoende stroompunten zowel in Engelse als Europese uitvoering. Grote ruime douche en alles was schoon. Heerlijk 2-persoonsbed (dus niet 2x 1-persoonsbed tegen elkaar aan geschoven) Parkeren direct onder het hotel, maar wel prijzig (20 Pond per overnachting)

De prijs voor de parkeergarage was aan de hoge kant. Je betaald 20 Pond per overnachting ongeacht of je er dan kort of lang staat. Het hotel bood onderdak aan mensen die (tijdelijk) hun huis uit moesten en zij liepen constant heen en weer door het restaurant van het hotel. Er was zelfs (tijdens ons diner) een opstootje waar de manager van het hotel bijgehaald moest worden om dit te sussen. Helaas waren ze ook 1 dag vergeten onze kamer schoon te maken terwijl we dat we;l aangegeven hadden.
