Lovely host.

Room and lined/bed felt dusty. Arrived with things left in the toilet. Not quite as advertised.

Rene made us so very welcome; the breakfasts (included) were super and we were very happy and thrilled with our stay there.

Manager on duty has been really helpful when we had some issues with our rental car. She helped to communicate with the agency. Nice garden and good breakfast.

Unfortunately a baby bed could not be provided, however could manage without it as well.

A fabulous guest house. Warm welcome from Rene and Bobby the dog. The room was great and spacious with everything we needed. Load shedding didn’t affect us as they had a back up system in place. Breakfast was very good. The salt water pool was refreshing. The gardens were beautiful. A few steps from the cliff path and the quayside seafood cabin

Perhaps the wifi in one of our rooms could have been better but there was always connection in the lounge.

Breakfasts were excellent, and Rene was both charming and helpful. The property is conveniently located for both the New Harbour (excellent fish restaurant there) and the shoreline nature reserve walkways into the centre of Hermanus.

The room was tired and in need of refurbishment/upgrading.

The room was great and big, nice facilities and big bathroom. Breakfast is very good !

Check in time is a little restricting, especially if have a long drive to hermanus.

Such a nice place! Amazing breakfast, friendly staff, good beds, great shower and beautiful garden ambiance all around the property. The cuddly hotel dog was the cherry on top :)

What makes this place special is the warmth and kindness of the lady running the accommodation. She gives a huge amount of care into making you feel at home, prepares a super tasty breakfast and is the ideal host. We would always stay here again and highly recommend house on westcliff

Pretty garden surroundings, and room was beautifully simple, clean and spacious. Rene was so kind, took great care of us and served us the loveliest breakfast, which we enjoyed with the company of her adorable dog Bobby and his cat friend (:
