The location is perfect . The staff are very friendly and helpful
The room was old , the TV too small for a family . The TV was also taken out of the main bedroom . Not enough comfortable seating

a little dated and bland/unappealing , a little small in room/bathroom, shower curtain very disappointing…I have one of those in my rental without paying $330 a night, no tissues, lifts were small for amount of people heading in and out each time.
Pool was out of order and wanted a swim, was not told this prior to booking.
For the $ we paid we were expecting a lot nicer place to be honest.
The lady at the desk was great though, funny and hospitable.

The location is fantastic. The club and facilities are wonderfully convenient and spacious.

Clearer signage for yhe entrance to the underground parking would have been appreciated.

A great place to enjoy a few days away. Perfectly situated, we found local amenities easy to find.
Unfortunately the bed and lounge were both quite uncomfortable.

The view
Bed was comfortable
The shower is in the bath. The bath was a spa bath and is quite deep. For older people it can be difficult to climb into the bath and it can be slippery and dangerous.
We did not like the old mildew(y) outdoor setting on the terrace. It looked cheap and uncomfortable. Many of the other terraces had what looked like updated sofas, chairs and tables

Good sized room with a small tidy kitchen. Comfortable bed and nice views. Free parking. Pool is also large and in good condition. Friendly staff.
Starting to show its age in some places. No restaurant, so no buffet breakfast unfortunately. Cafes nearby are ok, but nothing outstanding.

Perfect location to enjoy all aspects of Ettalong. Big, clean room with great kitchenette. Jacuzzi tub. View of the swimming pool.
If they have Netflix or other streaming service, it will be perfect!
