No playground , lots of old caravans look dingy

Cabin overprices, Need urgent a good Maintenace, Kitchen needs an upgrade , everything really old, a lot of dust everywhere. We couldn't use the oven. Sofa really dirty.

Location was excellent. Pool area was great.

The cabin we stayed in was not clean, cutlery and crockery were extremely dirty, socks found in lounge that did not belong to us. Bathroom was extremely small and had mould in the shower, water pressure was low and trying to regulate water temperature was impossible. We used the amenities because of this reason and found the pressure and temperature regulating was the same :( The cabin had 2 bunk beds in the loft, the loft was extremely hot having temperatures of 39 plus degrees outside and with just a little desk fan to cool it which was useless. We ended up dragging two mattresses down the stairs so the kids could get some sleep with the air con which left very little room to move around down stairs. The park had a power outage on Australia day for over a hour and this continued intermittently throughout the day (yes I know this happens but from what we were told it was a power overload at the park itself no other places were effected) so we had no cooling after already being at the beach and having had enough sun for the day then trying to cook our BBQ on the electric BBQ's with the power going on and off was a nightmare. At a cost of over $350 a night I would never recommend these cabins to anyone.

The waterpark was absolutely amazing. The kids were obsessed.

It was really good for my 8 year old nephew. He absolutely thrilled and wants to go back

The parking was terrible I damaged my car

The location for what we needed was perfect and the pool area was really good

The cabins could do with a refurb the hairdryer needs replacing last checked 2018, turned on and was a fire hazard for sure.

From the moment when entering the reception we were greeted with the smile. Our cabin was a simple building with a extra bedroom at the top. Nice to see very clean property like that. Beds were very comfortable and sheets superbly clean. I was a little worried about being too cold at night but we found extra blankets in the wardrobe which was enough. Kids love the bunk beds also. Kitchen is very well equipped with gas stove, microwave and substantial size fridge. Glasses, cups and plates are plenty. Bathroom a little small but enough for comfortable shower. Obviously the spot was just perfect and near the gate to the beach. Unfortunately it was a little too cold to do that but in summer you could not ask for a better spot.

Close to the beach and cafe/restaurant on the beach. Stayed in double story cabin, good size. Close to shops. Clean. We stayed in cooler weather but would love to come back during summer. kids would love the patrolled beach.

Roof leaked onto bunk beds, advised office, assume they have fixed? As with most parks wi-fi kept dropping out, as did some channels.

Weather was cold so we pulled out the spare blankets to use. All were filthy. Lounge was dirty (covered in dried food) Sofa bed had squashed food all over it when we folded it out.

The pool was ok and queen bed comfy

The cabin was outdated, windows opened on their own ghosts I don't know but not a good sleep had, bathroom too small. Lounge not comfy, table n chairs too big for area.

The cabins were very run down. The waterpark didn't work for our entire stay and the air-conditioning wasn't adequate for the space. Very disappointing.

It was a lovely comfortable place although it was a little on the older side it was very clean and offered all that we needed for the weekend. The thing I loved was that they sent a text to let us know that the food van was available to purchase a coffee and breakfast if I wanted

It was quite good and good location and cleanliness

Love the location just 2mins walk to the beach. I booked the ocean view cabin unfortunately can't really see the ocean because there are so many trees blocking the view. Enjoyed the quiet environment and lovely waves sound. Happy with the cabin, very clean and well equipped. Plenty of blankets and new sheets if we would like to change.

Not much facilities except the water park that my kids can enjoy. The holiday park is also not as busy because 90% are local residents.

Cabin was very run down for $500 a night microwave didn’t work properly all the louvre windows were extremely hard to shut and the front one was broken so remained open and it was cold during the night kitchen facilities were old and need a renovation
