Spa did not work (we paid extra for this). Very poor renovations. Very suspicious flex electrical cable running passed our door over the balcony across the driveway over to a shed. Not very professional.

Bathroom/shower lacked storage space for your soaps, anti-perspirants etc. Bedroom was tiny with very little storage & eating space.

Remote location. Cleaning Staff(only the girls)were the only friendly Staff. Everyone else seemed to be Indian and NOT friendly or helpful. My room smelt old and stuffy, carpet was old and needs replacing. The outdoor covered bbq area was appalling-dirty,old and unsightly. Too far from public transport and the bus times were very very bad. The Suburb is very low class, Everything was old and worn out. Would not recommend this Motel.

The staff is so so friendly and the facilities surpassed my expectations by far. Definitely a place to stay in Gosford

The room was extremely clean and comfortable, with great value for the price, location suited as we drove everywhere from Gosford to Avoca Beach and Ettalong...swimming pool was clean and not over chlorinated...check in and check out was easy, staff friendly and smiled.
