The room we had was big and spacious, comfortable beds and with a door that opened to a little patio. Breakfast was delicious and we found a playroom that entertained our 2 year old!

The lighting in the rooms were quite strong and “cold” which made the room a bit unwelcoming. Warmer lighting would cozy it up a bit.

The staff didn’t gauge any information about anything just dropped the key and that’s it! Unbelievable, not even good morning. if your in an apartment they don’t clean until you leave. and you don’t have anything to clean in it.

While it's not exactly disliking, visitors may have to manually ask for bus availability and other important details, leading to confusion due to conflicting information. Making this information more visible would be helpful.

Everything about this hotel and location for cross country skiing. The staff are fantastic and the food is amazing. 2nd year here!

Fabulous Breakfast, staff went out of their way to make it as good as possible! Great with not having to take the car anywhere to ski, although 200 metres in ski boots is good for muscles to base of lifts!! Great dinner. Lovely fireplace. had superb family room with direct access outside and could park car outside. Lovely heating, radiators and heated floors so could dry the ski clothes!

The Sauna did not work...... Some more light in the foyer, if you wanted to use it for sitting by fire and reading that was difficult. Would have loved a swimming pool!!! Not enough room in ski room for storage.
