It is a very nice hotel, and it’s very close to public transportation.

The staff are very enthusiastic! very kind!

If you need wifi, please choose to stay carefully, there is only a weak signal in the bathroom.

it wasn’t like picture or expected

When I came late evening by car to checkin, left my car near the hotel entrance. When I wake up next morning my car was taken away by municipal car evacuator. So instead of enjoying Viena, spent a whole day getting back my car for 250 euros. That's a bad attitude by the Klimt hotel to welcome new visitors such way.

Good room, clean and comfortable. Everything is new in the bathroom. And also the furniture was new. Very friendly and polite stuff. Tasty and variable breakfasts. Interesting design of the hotel. It was a real pleasure to stay there.

The wifi was pretty much unrealiable otherwise everything else was SUPERB!

Quiet street in good neighborhood. Clean towels every day. Good breakfast with enough different choices. Elevator for all floors. Newly refurbished bathroom. Very polite and friendly staff.

Disrespectful treatment of a hotel staff. Confirmation that I can park in front of the hotel, which resulted in 300 euros, fine that I paid. Nobody apologized, and it ended with treats from the hotel manager.

Great location, 10min walk from a U-Bahn station that can get you anywhere quickly. The hotel is located on a quiet street, there are a few grocery stores nearby. The neighborhood seemed safe. The room and the bathroom were clean and there was a room cleaning service every day. I was there in winter, and the room had heaters that could be adjusted, so the temperature in the room was comfortable. But there was also an extra blanket in case you were cold. The bathroom had the usual soap/body/hair wash, hair dryer, and towels. And there was an electric kettle with two glasses in the room that I found to be very convenient. The staff was friendly and spoke English (except for the cleaning ladies). I had to work remotely and the wi-fi connection in my room was perfect.

I liked everything, but it would be great to have a mini fridge in the room

People were helpful and kind. Room was good and comfortable. Although it's far from the city center, there are 2 tram stations and some good restaurants nearby.

The wifi didn't work for 2 of 3 days at stayed. The hot water doesn't always work. The 9 euro breakfast is good, but I missed a toater/sandwich maker.

Lovely spacious room, especially considering what We had paid for it- bargain! In a perfect location, with the tram only a few mins away and the train station only a short walk away. Aswell there are restaurants about 5 minutes away which serve lovely food. Would recommend

We had a very comfortable room complete with a nice kitchen, living room and bathroom. The staff were brilliant especially the lady at the front desk who went above and beyond to welcome us and take care of our needs she is a valuable resource employee and I hope the management reward her well!

We had the apartment 205, with a very large double bed and 2 single beds. It was very clean and the sheets were smelling nice. Our towels were changed each day and the garbage was taken away. It's 4 min away from the tram no 52 and 5 min from tram no 49. You can reach any part of the city. The girls from the reception speak English very good and they are very polite. - elevator - a very quiet street.

- A 3 star hotel without fridge (but, I knew this from the start). The receptionist let us put a small bag of food into the refrigerator from the kitchen. So, everything was ok. 🙂 - no mosquito net - breakfast (9 eur) had few choices. Better, without.
