Struttura di ottimo livello, camere grandi, letti non proprio comodissimi (ma dipende dai gusti), personale sempre sorridente e disponibile (Moez su tutti, complimenti!). Piscine molto belle e servizio ristorazione veramente impeccabile. Abbiamo passato solo due giorni ma qualche giorno in più non avrebbe guastato.

Piccoli accorgimenti qua e là renderebbero ancora migliore la permanenza (tipo uno degli ascensori non funzionante al 100%)

La nourriture était exceptionnelle ( beaucoup de choix et produits très frais , les chambres très spacieuses et propres , maintenance très efficace problème de télécommande et d éclairage dans la chambre qui ont été réglé en 5 min ,nous sommes restés qu une nuit mais on nous a offert un sac de plage au départ

Le café , mais partout en Tunisie le café n est pas très bon

Erst Mals bedanke ich mich sehr für diesen tollen erstklassigen Erlebnis das personal war stehst bemüht und seriös und diesen Aufenthalt so schön wie möglich zu gestalten und mein danke fällt besonders für die Frau Oumayma und denn Herr Mhadeb und Herr Mouez das Restaurant bat uns Kulinarisch und sehr erstklassige Tunesisches Essen an . Selbst die Gäste Vorort schwärmten nur so von diesem Speziellen Hotel. Die Zimmergestalltung war optimal bequemes und sauberes Zimmer. Im Allgemeinen einfach nur sehr weiter zu empfehlen.

Drinks are made with fake juice, therefore not drinkable. Dessert always the same, so at day 3 I couldn’t get any.

The best part about Medina Solaria And Thalasso besides the fantastic facility is the people working there I want to give much extra credit to Youssef Farhat for his hospitality and excellent service. We stayed at Medina Solaria and Thalasso for 3 nights, the stuff was friendly and accommodating, there was entertainment every night and the food was outstanding! I would definitely recommend this place.

overall was good

hours of work for heated swimming pool should be extended water and coke should be available in on bottle each. water being extra for a resident is not acceptable

Timing for swiming-pool

The food variety, and Restaurant Team was amazing! The welcome was great, greeted with some delicious orange juice and receptionist Taeib was very friendly. The rooms were nice and clean, cleaners were friendly enough. We would give the 5 stars mainly to the Restaurant team- a special shoutout to Malek who is such a patient and amazing individual. He was exceptionally attentive and extremely friendly to all of us especially our little ones. We stayed for 5 nights - the food was well varied, tasty and amazing. We look forward to the 3 meals every day. Desserts and seafood were our favourite part! Again, the chefs cooking and serving were beyond amazing. Seriously thank you so much! Entertainment team- they always try their very best to accommodate us and be friendly. Thalasso centre - Dr Rahma the director was very friendly and very accomodating. My husband and I went for the Balinese massage which was a nice touch to our evening. We would like to suggest a longer opening time for the indoor pool. At this time of the year, the outdoor pools were too cold for us to use hence we look forward to use the indoor pools but because it is open from 12 to 3pm we had to rush for lunch. Security and Bar staff were great and friendly The plus point is we get free tickets to the Carthageland theme park on a daily basis. As a team, they did an excellent job trying to make everyone feel welcomed, entertained and taken care for. Again, special credits to the Restaurant Team for being amazing, one reason why we would ever (if, in the future) come back to the same hotel.

Short Indoor pool hours

The staff are amazing and try to be as accommodating as possible. The room was very clean, comfortable, and big...and they upgraded us to a sea view which is super beautiful with a nice balcony. The food was good, not amazing. We received fruit drinks upon arrival while waiting to be checked in, that was a nice touch. They had a nice area for tea and drinks, and even offered some free fruit drinks and snacks on one of the evenings, with non alcoholic options which was good. Location is great as it's right next to the beach and to some entertainment places.

The facilities could be much better. For example, we really came for the indoor pool, but they were only open from 12-3pm.. the time we would usually be out and about. After speaking with the manager, they allowed us to use the pool in the mornings as we wished. It was nice and warm, but very salty (i love salt water pools better than chlorine but this one burned our baby's eyes and she didn't enjoy swimming in it). The fitness gym was very small and had old and dusty equipment. If 2 people were there it would feel crowded. The tennis courts looked like it wasn't up kept. Entertainment was quite lacking, just one event for kids, usually in the evening. The 'private beach' was dirty with seaweed, and it's across a main road. Nobody went there. Djerba was much better in this regard... Even though it's winter season, I didn't feel this was really a 5-star hotel.

the staff go above and beyond , you will maybe get the odd few that won’t , but I met a lot of lovely and welcoming people in this resort. Taeib at reception , anything you need you go to this man!

AC wasn’t working in the room, can get stuffy at night, and food options can be better .

The parking car was small but you can always find where to park.
