1) I don’t like the receptionist (the old guy) I’ve told him and even show him the proof that I’ve made a payment through Booking.com using my credit-card and he still insisted for me to pay cash in order to get in. I’ve waited 1 hour (+) and even called OYO Group to confirm about my payment but the receptionist refused to listen. 2) The receptionist told me I couldn’t get in if the Manager is around because of the price that I got from Booking.com is too low. I’ve explained him that I’ve always book hotels with Booking.com, the perks that I got from Booking.com that helped me to give cheaper price whenever I book a hotel. (As I’m at the Genius Level) Thanks to Booking.com 3) What kind of a hotel that close their gate at 11PM and open by 7AM? There’s curfew for staying in this hotel. 4) Electricity was cut during my stay for about 30 Mins (?) 5) Please change the Receptionist because he doesn’t understand and really know what a Front Desk should do. 6) The room is too hot though AC is working.

The room were full of coackroach eggs and smell bad

- there's water dispenser provide. - near Chinatown - walking distance to the train station.

- we book for a room that has window and they tried to give us a room without window. - the room is not clean at all, very dirty. I feel itchy when I walk with bear feet in the room. - they have an opening and closing time for the front door of the hotel (7 am to 11 pm). - the room is not soundproof, you will hear the noise from street, hallway and the air-con outside almost all the time. - no towels provide.

HELP TO CLEAN FILTER AIRCON

Check in process took close to three hours being asked to pay in full despite providing clear evidence of full payment via Booking.com. This combined with bed bugs and a clearly unclean room. The door also did not lock correctly leaving me to feel unsafe.

1. The most IMPORTANT point: the main door will close at 11pm and the hotel does not offer any side door, which means you can’t go out and chill at night 2. It didn’t offer parking lot and it is nearly impossible to find a parking spot around that area unless you pay 3. No hairdryer
