room overlooked ocean. High ceilings. Bathroom small and not very clean. Something on the show floor that looked like grease.

It’s tired and needs some work, on the ground floor with only a door to let in fresh air but no security screen so couldn’t sleep with it open

Access was difficult, room was not what was advertised, smelly.

Neat tidy - clean

I love this hotel. It is right across from the beach. I had an ocean view room with a small balcony on a busy street and it was still quiet in the room. I asked to check in early and someone came to meet me. I never needed or saw any staff-person again which was fine with me. The room was super clean, has lots of outlets and a lamp by the bed. It's not fancy but it had every thing I need, a nice modernist style, and the beach right across the street.
