The pool area was quite nice and the BBQs looked clean, however we did not use them during our stay. The room had a good sized fridge and a kitchenette which contained the basic supplies and a microwave. The aircon worked well and was appreciated. The room rate was quite cheap comparatively speaking, so you get what you paid for.

The room was old and had not been renovated for many years despite the claim in the advertisement in Booking.com. The bathroom was old and mouldy in the shower with inadequate ventilation and did not have a hairdryer. The queen bed was adequate, but not fabulous. Smoking was allowed outside of the room on the small walk way and around the pool, which was very unpleasant and left a lingering smell.

A good place to stay. Very much liked the spacious room on the first floor (not ground). Good facilities in room and big screen TV. Good spacious shower with good pressure. Everything clean and up to standard. The manager at the reception desk was friendly and helpful with regards to the local area.

Wifi didn't appear to be included, so just as well I have my own mobile Internet as back-up. However most places these days offer free Wifi. When I went to connect to the Wifi, a screen came up advising that you had to pay approx $20 to sign into it, which wasn't very appealing, so I just used my own mobile Internet. Then again, the charge per night for the room was quite reasonable.

Although this property is large, it felt like we had it all to ourselves. Rooms were sound proof so didn't hear anyone else. Facilities were well maintained. Staff were friendly, even assisting in recommendations for things to do.

The restaurant inside has closed. It would be awesome to see this open again.
