The location was the main reason for choosing this hotel as we were at an exhibition which was just below the hotel. The staff did their utmost to ensure we had a pleasant stay and tried to make it up to us for not being able to allocate the room we had reserved. We were given complimentary breakfast to compensate and the Duty Manager even called us to check that everything else was satisfactory and also apologised once again. This gesture made the inconvenience of not having the room we booked a little more acceptable. Excellent customer service... in fact all of the staff we had interactions with were extremely courteous and helpful.

We had booked a twin room but unfortunately when we checked in we were told that there were no twin rooms available which was extremely disappointing to say the least. We were given a slightly bigger room whereby a rollaway bed was added, which again was not ideal but there was no alternative. The rooms had no direct portal for phone charging which is pretty standard in most hotels now. You had to make sure you had a charger with a plug. There is no area to plug a hairdryer/straightener etc which is in front of a mirror. This was very frustrating and also standard in most hotels.

The room is so big in terms of size and very clean . Staff are friendly and overall it was a nice location for 2 days if you are willing to visit abou dhabi . You pay for the meal and there is a market in the front if you want anything.

Stuff was nice !

In the bathroom, water pressure was too low in room #340, which made us go downstairs reception to use the bathroom near the elevator. We can not play playstation, because it is not allowed .

Great hotel, location was ideal. The staff were absolutely fantastic - would definitely stay again!
