All the staff are friendly, all of them would say hi with a warm smile. They also accommodated our needs when asked. Loved the room and had a great view of the Emirates Palace. We had lunch at the Pearl lounge, and the food tasted good.

The Palace view is stunning and the balcony made it even better. Most Hotels in the UAE don't have balconies and extremely dirty windows so that's really an advantage for the view. Lots of free water at the room, many hotels restrict that with 2 bottles per day/person. Spacious rooms and a huge bathroom with a free standing bathtub and all toiletries you might need. The Service was great - beginning with super fast valet parking, quick check in/ out and very attentive staff in general. Breakfast - one of the best I have seen so far. Much more then you will ever need, nice presentation, great quality of the food and always clean even tough it was busy during my stay. Pool and Beach - also clean and well maintained, especially the sunbeds. The Beach area is small, maybe 15 meters only while the Pool area is huge. But its clearly a City Hotel so that's not a minus for me. Shoutout to the pool gentlemen at the door who made sure that people did not reserve dozens of sunbeds - great job, appreciated, especially on busy days. Gym and Spa - nothing to complain about as well.

The hot chocolate at the breakfast was not good, watery and bitter, Sparkling water would be also nice to have. Smart TV in the rooms would be an advantage as well as more (international/ USB) power sockets.

The stuff were not sure of having a room for me while I booked 3 days before the check in , also I’ve been requesting for payment without finding me a room also ! I make sure at the same day to the stuff after I paid to call me if the room ready so I can take my luggage there, but no one contacted me at all Poor service 0/10 The room was smiling not dry fabric which is annoying not recommending this hotel for anyone

The staff in the restaurant has to be trained. on my first day of breakfast 3 restaurant staff members tried to take the plate away from my tabe when I have not finished my meals and when the cutlary was kept in the correct possition. this included one superviusor lady. I had to share a peace of my mind with her........

Staff are tooooooooo kind and toooooooooo supportive. I traveled a lot, this is one of the best place I saw such wonderful and great team. They tried their level best to accept my requests. Rooms are very clean. Size and technology used are wonderful. Super clean and very calm. A memorable stay at this amazing hotel with futuristic interiors and jaw dropping views from the room. I am not exaggerating, the moment you step into the beautiful lobby of this hotel, you know that you are in a for a special experience. The check-in was super smooth, we got a room on the 34th floor with perhaps the best views in Abu Dhabi. Emirates Palace, Qasr el Watan, the Etihad towers right next to the hotel, and the blue sea, I spent 30 minutes admiring the views from the comfort of my bed. The Emirates palace hotel is just across the road, less than 10 minutes walk from this property! The breakfast was good with a lot of variety and we enjoyed a hearty breakfast on the terrace. We requested for a late checkout, and the hotel let us checkout at 1500 in the afternoon for no additional charges! The pool, the hotel's own little beach, the gym, everything was perfect and we enjoyed every moment of our stay.

Our room key stopped working twice during our stay but we got new keys from the reception without delays, and this was not an issue.

Bellissimo albergo, camera molto bella ed arredata con gusto, curato nei minimo dettagli. Ristorante italiano ottimo (pizza come in Italia).

Piscina esterna piccola e anche la spiaggia a disposizione era molto piccola. La piscina ai piano alti non era accessibile. Albergo con molti piani (43) a volte bisogna attendere per averne uno libero.Un po' caro.

Top Lage, man kann vom Hotel aus Emirates Palace wie auch das Presidential Palace sehen, leider war das auch schon alles..

Übernachtung: Trotz dass wir erst um 23 Uhr da waren, war unser Zimmer nicht fertig und wir mussten noch 1 stunde warten. Sehr unangenehm mit zwei Kindern und bereits langer Anreise. Unser vorab angekündigter Wünsch nach einem Zustellbett, wurde uns ein nicht bezogener 1,2mCouch für ein Erwachsenen angeboten. Frühstück: der findet in einer Art Halle statt, welcher sehr laut ist und eher einer Cafeteria mit lauter Musik gleichkommt. daher eher ungemütlich und unpassend.

Breakfast was great, the bar was excellent.

Super Hotel, sehr freundliches Personal, super Aussicht mit sehr schönen Zimmern. Besonders möchte ich den Barkeeper in der Lexx Bar loben; er hat uns unseren Urlaub wirklich um einiges schöner gemacht!

Just everything- friendly stuff, beautiful architecture inside and outside, beautiful pool and beach, fantastic breakfast and Club Lounge, fantastic view from our room in the 43. floor, great fitness room, everything was just such a luxury . Thanks for our unforgettable stay.

Room electronics was malfunctioning constantly through the stay. Staff attempted to help but the issue wasn't solved.

Leider keinerlei Entertainment für Kinder (Kidsclub oä), Zubuchung von Frühstück super kompliziert - hatten jedesmal eine Diskussion mit der Dame trotz Bezahlung, weil eine andere Empfangsdame die Buchung falsch hinterlegt hat, und Checkout hat dementsprechend auch länger gedauert
