We have stayed at this property before. It’s location is fantastic and just adjacent to Abu Dhabi mall. The staff are extremely friendly. the breakfast was good but there wasn’t a lot of choice.

1. Breakfast variety could have been better. 2. Several times during breakfast I would be roaming around to find a waiter to ask for a cup of coffee and for several minutes find no one. 3. There was a silly floor lamp in our room which was arching above the sofa. Everytime I stood from the sofa it would hit my head. 4. We booked our rooms several months ago. I was traveling with my wife, two-year old son and his nanny. We had booked two separate rooms. As our flight was to land early morning I had booked the rooms from the night before so that we wouldn’t have any difficulty during check in. In addition, I had requested that the rooms be on the same floor as we were traveling with a little child. Despite this on check in, we were allocated a room on the sixteenth floor and another on the fourth. After much requesting, pleading and remonstration, I finally got two rooms on the same floor.

staff are amazingly good Tracy from housekeeping made sure to call me and inform me I forgot my iPhone AirPods in the room on check out and made sure to keep them to me secured in the reception. Delivered to me by another outstanding staff from housekeeping (Idriss).

The bath tub is a bit small for adults.

everything, from the moment we arrived. (We didnt arrive until almost midnight). Asked for a late checkout as our flight was just after midnight, They let us keep the room until 4pm and then we stayed by the pool and used the shower facilities at the gym. They organised a car to the airport , cheaper than the Uber quote and the car was brand new and spacious. The staff were so friendly and helpful.

The view from our room wasnt great but maybe I should have paid a bit more or asked for a higher floor when I booked.

I had a chance to stay at your property from October 25-28 2022.  It began with a problem right off the bat. A self-inflicted problem. I was there a day early.  My reservation was not to begin until the next day.  The host could have easily said, I'm sorry, we're full comeback tomorrow, but I had the privilege of meeting and working with Yusef.  Yusef is a "Rock-Star" and I wish I could hire him away to work for me at the new hotel we're developing in Atlanta.  He went above and beyond to assist me and to help me work through challenges I was having with Booking.com related to this booking.   I could really tell he had my best interest at heart and wanted to help me find a workable solution. It got to the point where I just surrendered and told him I will do whatever he directs me to do to resolve this issue.  But even beyond the check-in date issue, I had my two kids and I needed them near me.  He worked it out so that we were able to have a 2 bedroom apartment which thoroughly satisfied my needs.  He even showed me the rooms ahead of time to make sure we were satisfied with our accommodations.  On this trip, I stayed in 7 5-star hotels in 7 cities from Amsterdam to Seoul, and hands down Yusef was the best.  he is truly an asset to your facility and brand.  Keep him happy.
