La ducha se mojaba todo el baño, era un desastre imposible de evitar. El radiador del baño nunca funcionó.

Das Hotel liegt in sehr zentraler Lage. Vieles kann man fußläufig entdecken aber U Bahn und Busse sind auch in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Trotz zentraler Lage liegt das Hotel sehr ruhig mit einem kleinen Park davor. Personal überwiegend freundlich nur der junge Mann der den Silvesterabend Dienst hatte hätte glaube ich lieber was anderes gemacht.

Beim Frühstück kann es etwas eng werden und es kommt auch zu Wartezeiten. Leider gibt es keine Bar nur einen kleinen Kühlschrank in der Rezeption wo man sich Getränke kaufen kann.

El desayuno no ha estado mal, tienen variedad y eso está muy bién.

La habitación no estaba limpia y se escuchaba absolutamente todo. Las chicas de la limpieza muy irrespetuosas, nos despertaron, les pedimos que bajasen la voz pero no nos hicieron ni caso.

Perto do transporte público e dos principais atrativos turísticos. Estrutura, acomodações excelentes, e o apartamento com varanda oferece uma vista linda da cidade. Café da manhã bom.

Friendly staff, good location, hotel lobby was nice with air conditioner, while we waited half a day to leave, since outside was incredible hot.

The air conditioner was not turned on, and on our arrival the room was like a sauna. It was at the 7th floor, but there was no view, it was a wall close to us in front. During the night we stopped the AC, and at some point it was a strange smell in the room. Opened the window and it was better. When other guests were closing their doors, the wall in our room was shaking. For the value, I would say it could defintely be cheaper.

Pretty good location, on the 9th floor with a lift. The room was small but had pretty much all we needed, including a fridge with a socket nearby. The staff were generally helpful andfriendly.

No kettle or case stand. The shower was inconvenient, as you had to hold the shower head and there was nowhere to place it.

The staff was incredibly friendly, the room was clean and ready before our arrival, the breakfast was delicious, and the location was perfect. Highly recommended!

The location was good, right in amongst food places in town. The breakfast was very good. Staff were helpful and friendly.

There was a staircase to negotiate with heavy suitcases. One of the blinds was broken and there was a lot of light coming in in the early hours of the morning. The fact that parking had to be paid for, which I don't think was mentioned in the initial booking.

We arrived from Luxembourg for only a night and the receptionist forgot to tell us that our friend left a package for us… So we left without it

Standard hotel room: neither too big nor too small. Honestly, there isn't much to comment on. It was clean, and everything was fine. I agree with those who wrote earlier that there are no other "tools" in the bathroom without soap, but we didn't need them (we had our own). There were two bottles of water in the fridge. We didn't eat breakfast at the hotel, so I have nothing to comment on. It's much more fun to eat it in the city, for a pretty similar price or even cheaper.

I personally wanted an electric kettle to make tea/coffee in the room. And the closet was quite small. Also, only one rosette next to the bed.

The location is great, city centre, close to the underground station ( about 3mins walk) and several bus stations. it is very convenient to visit any attractions in Budapest. The hotel room is incredible clean and tidy! The room is spacious with brilliant windows and sunlights. Facilities simple but useful. You just get everything you need in a hotel. The room has air conditioning and it works well, which should be a great advantage during this hot summer time. The bed is extremely comfortable. I personally love it! The shower is also great! The breakfast is incredible delicious. The fried eggs and sausages are delicious. I love it. There are many type of bread you can choose, all are delicious!! The staffs in the hotel are all nice and friendly. Thank you very much for providing this comfortable and relaxing staying experiences. I will definitely stay here next time I come to Budapest!

The hotel was situated on a nice street with beautiful views. It was easy to get to and located near the public transportation- which was very easy to use. The morning breakfasts were substantial and plentiful!

Everything was great! The staff, the location, the breakfast. Highly recommended. Extra tip: they prepared breakfast box for us since we were travelling early in the morning and we wouldn't be able to have breakfast on that day. Very generous and much appreciated.

It was in a convenient location near the metro and many restaurants (mostly street food). The room for a family of four was spacious and comfortable. The neighborhood was quit quiet and even if there were people outside making noise once you closed the window the noise was blocked. Breakfast was decent
