Hard to find something to eat around the area in the evening

Nice room, friendly staff

The location was great if you are going to travel to Isla Mujeres or want to be in a less touristy spot - there is a local beach just 10min walk away, nearby restaurants and a small convenience store just across the road. The room was clean, they changed towels and made the bed every day. Jetway ferry is just across the road and Ultramar about 10min walk away. There are also cabs just outside the hotel, as you will need to commute downtown if you want to take any day/trips excursions, because most of the tour operators do not offer pick up from this hotel.

It was quite nosy, considering there was construction work just outside the hotel. Many staff members did not understand or spoke English, so it was quite frustrating sometimes, although I used an online translator to explain what I wanted. everyone was very polite and as helpful as they possibly could.

The hotel has amazing location, in front of ferry to Isla mujeres. We stayed one night in Cancun just to visit the island. They kept safe our luggage until our return:) Room was basic but clean. Friendly staff.

the hotel was across the road to the ferry terminal which takes you to isla mujeres and close to the OXXO shops and close to restaurants and the local beach.

The best thing about this place was easy access to the ferry terminals to Isla Mujeres.

Match box room, moldy smell in the air. Tolerable bed for 1 night only
