All receptionist staff, cleaners and kitchen staff were absolutely fabulous. Always super helpful when I needed anything, would give them all a 5 star rating.

There was no lifts and a female receptionist helped me carry my suit cases up two flights of stairs. Room decor was very basic, no bar fridge, kettle or complimentary tea or coffee. The bathroom was an issue. There was a very large step up into the shower base. When you had finished your shower, it was difficulty to step out and down the step with nothing to hold on for support. It was very slippery every time when I had finished my shower and I had to be super cautious to avoid an accident.

The location made getting around very easy.

The building could use some renovations, carpet very worn, furniture meager.

Perfect location and aircon in the room which was amazing as it was a hot summers day. Staff were excellent and really helpful

Central. Close to everything. staff is super helpful. there are no lifts and they helped carry my bag up. Good air conditioning.

the stairs - hahahaha. but it's quaint in its own way. can hear small muffle from adjacent room. but that's a really small thing.

Lovely helpful staff. Location was amazing. only stayed for 2 nights but room was cleaned and fresh towels given. reception staff were friendly and informative
