Sämtliche Mitarbeitende, vom Zimmermädchen über den Essensservice bis zum Chef waren sehr nett und hilfreich.
Die Zimmer sind mit Charme eingerichtet, wenngleich unseres (das kleinste) etwas "überladen" und die Bewegungsfreiheit wegen der vielen Antiquitäten doch eingeschränkt war. Das Essen ist ausgezeichnet und das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis beim Nachtessen dank sehr fairen Weinpreisen hervorragend.
Unser (kleines) Zimmer hatte in seinem kleinen Bad eine Badewanne mit Duschglaswand. Für Menschen mit eingeschränkter Bewegungsfreiheit eher mühsam. Ein Duschkabine wäre wesentlich besser. Ausserdem fehlen Haken an Wand oder Tür zum Aufhängen von Kleider, Necessaire, etc. Unter Berücksichtigung dieser Umstände haben wir die Übernachtungspreise als nicht angemessen empfunden.
Die Parkplatzsituation ist unbefriedigend. Kommt man um 21 Uhr von auswärts zum Hotel zurück, sind sämtliche Parkmöglichkeiten von Restaurant-Gästen oder anderen Leuten belegt.
Die elektronische Vorreservation für das Nachtessen am Anreisetag wurde nicht nicht gelesen bzw. nicht berücksichtigt.

Les propriétaires et le personnel sont extrêmement accueillants, à l’écoute et prévenant. Les chambres sont spacieuses, bien équipées et d’une propreté irréprochable. Petit déjeuner super. Le restaurant est un véritable plus à ne pas manquer.

Breakfast ok , typical continental fare. Didn’t get asked if wanted more coffee. Staff pleasant enough.
The room had ants and there was an empty water carafe left in the room. No view of the lake and had to go into the village to eat as no priority for staying guests in the restaurant. The hotel was the most expensive on our Switzerland France trip and was disappointing

Very spacious, excellent toilet/shower. Staff is friendly and helpful, walking distance from wineries. We came on a Monday, so didn’t have the chance to taste their delicious restaurant :/
It’s right by the train station, big plus for convenience, but will get somewhat noisy, not a big deal.

Staff - professional, helpful and friendly, with a sense of humor. Breakfast was top notch (I always judge a place also by the quality of the breakfast). Location (goes without saying), and hanging out on the balcony, watching the sun set over that view (the mother of all views), sipping a glass of fine, local Pinot Noir was... close to heavenly.
Alas, I did not receive the room with the view, but given my last minute reservation, I accepted my fate.

Lovely family hotel with a nice decoration, good wifi and perfect location. They use Ritual products in the bathroom, breakfast is very nice and they have a lovely family restaurant. The food was so yummy that we ate there all 3 nights. They also have a henhouse and you eat fresh eggs in the mornings.

Wow, I was blown away by this place. I just needed a sleep for a night... it exceeded all expectations and will bring my wife back here for a few days next time we are in the area. Every detail in the room was superb. Immaculately clean, one of the most comfortable beds ever, great location a minute from the railway station and with views of the lake, lovely restaurant downstairs, magnificently welcoming and helpful staff and owners, the furniture fixtures and bathroom fittings were perfect. One of the nicest places I've stayed. Super shower! Did I mention the bed.
