I liked the fact that the host was very specific in their description of the location, and they sent it to me before I got there. Despite being late and running out of battery on my phone, I had saved the info on my tablet and it all went great. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the location was amazing and the room was very clean. The bathroom had all the facilities needed. I am very happy for having stayed there and I totally recommend it.

The house seems litle bit old, but in room was everything OK and clean, even there was a work table and light near bed. Also communation with the hotel was pleasant and quick.

Very nice hotel, friendly and helpful staff, clean room and bath.
The breakfast should be increase little bit to be enough for all customers.

We loved the location of the hotel.
We loved both Patricia and Edoardo - they were so kind and helpful - they couldnt help us enough.
No kettle in room.
No instructions on heating.
Rooms a little tatty - but clean and tidy throughout.

In general everything was good
the location of the hotel. To get to the center of Venice, you need to constantly travel by water transport, and this is very expensive

It was a very simple but clean room, shared patio and coffee available in the morning.
The secondary bed wasn't comfortable. They can be upgraded.

Very good Hotel in very good location. Not far away from the beach and from the ferry station and the city centre of the island. Hotel workers are very very kind and friendly as well as helpful. Thumbs up!

Perfect small hotel with terrace under the palm trees. Excellent.

Great location close to public transport. Comfortable beds.
The building needs renovation. Little things like a glass, water kettle are missing. Central air conditioning needs cleaning

I liked the location of the hotel - it was close to the restaurants and the beach. The bed was comfy and there were extra blankets in the room that could be used.
* We've had no Wi-Fi whatsoever for 7 out of 9 days' stay! When I kept asking when it will be fixed, I've been greeted with - Oh, it's you again! - and then asked, when am I checking out! It is clear that Wi-Fi is a well known problem and the manager is not bothered to fix it.
* There was very visible mold in the room.
* The bed's base was pealing off and leaving scraps all over the room.
* The air conditioner was very loud.
* The staff is almost non existent.
* One evening during our stay we were met by a highly intoxicated staff member.
* All used towels taken and no towels left in the room to replace them.

Close to the beach and to vaporetto. It was quite in there. Many cafes and restaurants nearby. Quick check in.
It needs reconstruction. Tv and light were not working, part of furniture were destroyed.
