- Petit déjeuner un peu décevant (qualité des produits), et organisation du service compliquée certains jours - Chambre familiale juste en face de l’ascenseur (nuisances sonores) et pas de poignées extérieures aux portes des chambres qu’on ne peut fermer qu’en les claquant.

Frukosten var ok men inget speciellt. Man gillar att lyxa till med hotellfrukost. Hade velat eget ny bakad bröd, eller egen granola. Det saknades frukt.

Varasin perhehuoneen 3.lla oikealla sängyllä. Huoneessa oli kuitenkin vain kaksi kunnon sänkyä ja onneton varavuode. Koska saapuminen oli myöhään ja lähteminen aikaisin, emme jaksaneet enään reklamoida ja vaihtaa huonetta. Olisi varmaan onnistunut, jos olisi jaksanut.

During checkout , we were late by 2min , as we were checkout out of our room with our belongings A person introduced himself as floor manager started to shout at us , telling that the checkout was 2 min early and you' are late by 2 min and proceeded to waste 5min of time and mental piece for the rest of the day This was even after informing the reception that we will be checkout after 15min and reception agreed on the same . But the person was like , i don't care what you spoke with reception , it's none of my business . There was utter lack of sense in addressing the guests . The tone with which the person spoke and the way he made the whole situation miserable was just miserable . He made sure the guests had a miserable time for the rest of the day forward .

What a gem of place! The location is perfect. The rooms are simple, clean, and comfortable. The staff are great. The breakfast-amazing! What value for money. I plan to make Park Inn Hammarby my go to place when in Sweden.

I have no complaints. The place was the perfect choice for me. Great price and accommodations.

The receptionist Shayanne and Abdullah were amazing, and the kitchen staff were genuinely pleasant and helpful, doing their job professionally and pleasantly.

Nice hotel, located in a nice area. Staff is nice and friendly. Breakfast is really good. You can hire a garage place under hotel. Pet friendly.

It was difficult to find staff at times, when checking in there was a 5-10 minute wait for someone to come to the desk and twice I went to use the bar (during opening times) but there wasn't any staff in sight. Not the end of the world but less than ideal.

There was no slippers in the room and I have traveled with hand luggage so I didn’t brought my own. They could not give me pair from the hotel saying there are out of stock and they used to have, but only for luxury rooms. This left me with bad impression.

This was an excellent experience. It definitely exceeded our expectations. The room was really well organised, sufficient space for the entire family. Nice view of the hill in front. Several playgrounds in the area. Even though the hotel is close to the highway the room was well isolated. The food was really good - both breakfast and takeaway from the restaurant. In terms of location, there are several options to reach the city center: tram, bus - link metro, ferry. Staff was really friendly and helpful. Given the prices in Stockholm, the costs were quite decent. We will definitely recommend it! And a big THANK YOU from our side!

Zero issues. It was a great experience.

Room was very neat & clean but didn't have bottled water, shaving and dental kit. Breakfast was sort of intercontinental. Hotel was away from city center, one needs to spend considerable amount for taxi to ferry city center back and forth.

Room's cleanliness was awesome, strong password free WiFi signals in and out of room and in restaurant. No surveillance cameras at the corridor.
