Muy buena ubicación en la zona comercial de la ciudad. Habitación correcta. Desayuno correcto.

Habitaciones que dan a la calle con ruido y vibración y demasiada luminosidad por la noche debido a cortinas que no aislan suficiente.

Front desk staff were super friendly and helpful - rooms were spacious (we booked a small double which did not feel small) and a triple room which was very spacious. Breakfast was very good (dining room very busy as it is small). Location fantastic - less than 15 mins from central station - we walked all over the city to and from here.

A fan was provided in the room because it was very very stuffy. Maybe aircon might be required in future years.... Having said that the windows opened and the fan did a good job :)

Ausgezeichnete Lage. U-Bahn und Straßenbahn Nummer 7 fußläufig in wenigen Minuten super erreichbar. Unglaublich freundliches Personal. Tolle Lokale gleich "uns Eck". Wohlfühlen vom ersten Augenblick in der Lobby bis zur Abreise. Tack så mycket!

I had a great stay. The room was big and very comfortable. Very clean and great location. The staff was very nice and breakfast was great .

The hotel is close to many restaurants & tourist attractions, as well as the central station and shopping opportunities.

The bathroom wasn’t in the best condition and the room could have been cleaner.

Pillows and matraces so soft, but just a matter of everyone. For us to high pillows and to soft matraces. In general not a big problem. BUT Guys, can you take few euros more but not save money by diluting juice? Cmon, is it normal to get orange juice 50/50 with water??

Great location! The breakfast is a nice way to start the day. Friendly staff. If you stay during a weekend in the summer, it might be helpful to request a room in the court yard. There is a restaurant below which can be noisy. Staff was very helpful to get us a quiet room .

Hairdryer was very old fashion. Long hair is not nice, took a long time to get the hair dry.

Their elevator was broken down...so the price should be reduced for such time. I have elderly people in my family, and they are not easy to walk in the staircases, There is no pen & paper in the room. There is no milk for coffee and tea in the room. only paper cups for coffee and tea could influence the cutting of more trees. No air conditioner. Only two fans for two rooms. The breakfast was minimal items. Not many options. They gave me the wrong inactivated card for entering the room, so I needed to walk down two times (2nd floor to ground floor) to fix those cards in the beginning after a long (7hrs journey).

very noisy with windows open as rooms overlook restaurants and bars, but too warm to leave windows closed (no air con). elevator broken on our last day and no help from staff carrying heavy bags downstairs.

Location was good if you want to be close to the train station

Cramped sleeping area, lumpy pillows, no space to put things in the bathroom, very thin walls, so you can hear all the loud street noises, music from the nearby restaurants and the noisy neighbors above and beside you. One night, we came back to the room and the contents of our bathroon garbage can had been thrown in our toilet, which wasn't flushed. We also had one of those ancient hairdryers in our bathroom that is stuck to the wall and looks like a vacuum cleaner, and the thick cord was full of dirt right above the bathroom sink. The room was also warm and stuffy, even with the window open (which of course makes the room even noisier) and it was only 22 degrees outside. Can't imagine staying here in the summer.

Excellent location, very quiet and clean hotel. The breakfast exceeds expectations. Perfect place to stay in Stockholm. We arrived early in the morning and they checked us in immediately. This is almost impossible nowadays.
