Loved this hotel. Lady at reception was welcoming and informative. Our room was very clean, our towels smelled wonderful, minus some hairs I've seen in some places, it was still the cleanest hotel room I've seen in a while. Our family stayed for one night. Our room had a queen size bed and a pull out couch that worked perfectly. Room was still spacious. Room had everything you need in it. Fresh robes and sealed up bath slippers. Coffee provided in room, free of charge and snacks and drinks provided in room with prices of charge if consumed. Beautiful windows to open easily for fresh air and heater worked just fine. No A/C. Hotel is in walking distance to everything you might need or want in Epernay (my opinion). No parking but there is a 24hrs free parking lot within walking distance. Free parking on Sundays and certain times on the weekdays. A ATM right next to hotel. A Cafe shop at the corner.

Hotel does provide breakfast for 18€ a person. Too much in my opinion so we opted out and had coffee and croissants at the nearby cafe.

Everything about this hotel is excellent, the location, the great staff who genuinely care about their customers. Very friendly, will definitely go back in the future for a longer stay.

a very nicely located hotel. Charming room and friendly personel who served us a good breakfast. In walking distance of famous Champagne houses. We will return here for sure.

The proximity to most champagne regions. The bedding was very nice

The breakfast was expensive for what it was. I was in room 11 . I am 5'9 and the cross beams I was constantly avoiding. Also checkin person was efficient but sort of acted like I was stupid for asking for the password to wi-fi. She was not friendly or welcoming.

Staff were excellent - extremely helpful and very nice. Only thing that could be improved was the parking situation. That said, we lucked out with parking almost in front of the property.

The location of this hotel is great, on a road just off the central roundabout that leads onto the avenue to champagne, so you can be in a champagne house, glass in hand in under 5 mins! Epernay is a lovely quiet town so being so central doesn’t come with any additional noise or busyness you might expect. The hotel is very boutique with only 12 rooms so it feels very personal and staff are happy to help you with anything. Rooms and lobby areas were stylishly decorated and very clean. We didn’t have breakfast but I’d recommend doing so if you value a good morning meal. Walking past it it looked great (bread, meat, cheese, eggs etc), and we found it hard to find more than a patisserie and coffee in the town.

The only negative is that we stayed in the attic room and it was quite small and had low hanging beams. There is an easy side to getting in to the bed (allocated to my tall boyfriend) but getting in the other side is a bit of a beam-avoiding scramble. It was fine for us for a couple of nights, but wouldn’t suit everyone. In which case I’d recommend booking a room on one of the lower floors.
