The convenient location to town was perfect, street side parking, quiet and safe neighborhood. All amenities we could want were available in the room. The host was so accommodating and kind. Breakfast was excellent! We will absolutely come back again

the chambre cheval was amazing! lovely horse themed rooms, and a very comfortable bed, great shower! wonderful food at a reasonable price (27.5 € for a delicious dinner with a glass of champagne)

Breakfast was very good, delivered to the room, fresh, partly home-cooked and delicious. Madame is evidently a very good cook. The accommodation was well-prepared and immaculately clean.

We were startled to find that the shower cubicle was in the bedroom, and even more that the toilet cubicle was also in the bedroom. The upside was that there was a pleasant small sitting room attached to the bedroom. Madame was unwilling to suggest a local restaurant to us, and told us everywhere was likely to be fully booked; she herself can provide dinner, but we hadn't realised this. It would have felt more friendly to be given a couple of suggestions; as it was, we had to walk into town (five minutes) and hunt around (try the restaurant attached to Le Berceau hotel, upmarket, delicious).

it is in an old house with high ceilings and tall doors. the location is very convenient to Avenue demChampagne and the train station

Laure is an amazing host and her bnb is centrally located and lovely. The breakfast is excellent and we loved the optional dinner Laure cooked and served in our room with Champagne. Highly recommend!

Laure was a superb host. Greeted us on arrival with a glass of champagne and home made cake and was very welcoming. The apartment was well decorated and comfy with nice extra touches like slippers and dressing gowns. Laure made us breakfast early on a Sunday morning as we needed to leave to catch the train. The property is located on a quiet street but only 5 mins walk from the town centre. Overall a great, quirky place to stay.

location is excellent just a short walk to the centre (4mins) the host was extremely helpful and the food was perfect, the room was very spacious and comfortable, I was able to park outside the property with no charge

The suite was lovely and spacious and Laure was the perfect host. We had a glass of champagne served in the courtyard with lovely homemade cake. Easy walking distance to town.

Off road parking would be a bonus but not feasible at this location

The hostess was incredibly helpful and friendly and made our stay quite enjoyable. She prepared a typical French menu for us the first evening and it was a great experience. The rooms were quite comfortable. Parking is available close by and it is an easy walk to restaurants, champagne houses etc.

Absolut nothing

Such a nice place to stay…spacious comfortable room…shower with rapid hot water in the bedroom was fine…sitting room for watching TV and eating the very nice breakfast was added bonus! Our hostess was very nice, warm and friendly…the breakfasts with homemade yogurt and breakfast pastries were lovely and generous …highly recommended! We were successful in finding free on-street parking all four days we visited…

We were offered champagne upon arrival ! Our suite had a sitting room with a TV and coffee table which extended up to be a breakfast table! There was even a mini fridge for our wine and water. Laure was a charming hostess. We were served breakfast to order in our room. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was modern with great amenities. Laure decorated both rooms with a horse theme from her childhood souvenirs! I found that very endearing. I forgot a backpack when we left and Laure called to tell me. We were able to go back to retrieve it. Very good customer service!

Perfect in the center of Epernay. Super breakfast and the owner Laure is a super host! She is also provided is with some really good suggestions for Champagne vineyards!

The host was super welcoming and kind to us. She prepared a dinner and adapted her menu to our preferences (pregnant) without hesitation. The bed is super comfortable and there is an en suite living room. Very comfy to stay with our son of 16 months old.

Can't think of anything, really. There is parking in the street but though to find a spot, we found one after a bit though. The bathroom facilities don't have a lot of shelving space, but room is spacious enough.

Short walk to shops and avenue de champagne. Amazing breakfast with huge selection. Owner very friendly and was quick to respond to my questions. Made us a diner reservation at a yummy local restaurant. Very comfortable room with a side sitting room.

Only small detail missing was a corkscrew to open our wine.

Very friendly atmosphere, it felt like home! Great welcome with Champagne, great breakfast, very good recommendations for restaurants. Location is just 5 min walk away from the Avenue de Champagne. Wifi is very fast and of course for free.

The host Laure is really nice and welcoming, she really goes an extra mile to make you feel welcome, she tidies up and cleans the room with utmost attention, peaceful street and neighborhood within the walking distance from the city center, street parking in front of the building, flexible breakfast time and choice, there is a noise curfew (10 pm-7 am), room space

Not too comfortable, room needs a facelift, the bed squeaks as do the doors - too bad these sounds ruin otherwise a very peaceful accomodation - it is easy to wake up your partner when going to the bathroom or if coming later at night, no heating regulation, no sport tv channels (not even common ones like Eurosport)
