The front desk person stayed a few minutes later than the 6pm close time in order to accommodate us. The whole experience was excellent. Location was the best.

Central location on the Avenue de Champagne; very friendly and helpful staff; room comfortable; lovely shared terrace on which to enjoy a glass of champagne.

Not much but if being picky there was often a fairly strong smell of drains from our kitchen area and some of the light bulbs need replacing. It was frustrating that the shop shut at 6pm, which meant no evening champagne could be enjoyed, but this seemed to be common practice on the Avenue de Champagne.

Location, good parking, dog friendly.

Staff service and poor value for money.

It exceeded our expectations. We had a huge apartment with our own littel patio outside, where we could enjoy our lovely french cakes and pastries with a glass of champagne from the house. The staff was fantastic, very polite, very helpful. Lia explained a lot about the champagne, we tasted 3 types each while we were there and bought a couple of bottles to take home. We wanted to visit the cellar, but it was closed. Next time. Breakfast was amazing, big choice and fresh products. Location of course is a huge advantage, right on the champagne avenue. Parking is secure. We will definitely come back. Thank you for the fantastic hospitality.

Obviously mold in the bathroom, dreadful smell in the morning.
