Cama e travesseiros muito confortáveis. Limpeza de todos ambientes, funcionários muito atenciosos e simpáticos. Café da manhã bem completo e delicioso. Fica a 15 minutos andando do centro e próximo de várias vinícolas.

la struttura è pulita, essenziale e tenuta bene, la posizione è fantastica proprio all’inizio dell’Avenue de champagne e con ampio parcheggio privato comodissimo. il titolare, un signore inglese molto gentile e amichevole ci ha dato un sacco di consigli su cosa visitare e dove mangiare. La colazione è buonissima, e i croissant fantastici. È la seconda volta che torniamo in questo hotel.

Location great. We had a cheery and helpful welcome from the young man at reception.

The room was very basic and quite shabby. The walls must be very thin - we could hear someone in the next room snoring! Bed was hard.

Great breakfast, good location and helpful staff made this a convenient place to stay. The carpark and good Wifi were bonuses too.

Very hot weather meant we did notice the lack of airconditioning.

Location - literally 2 minutes from the Champagne Houses. The manager was exceptionally friendly and helpful in giving advice and information. The rooms were very clean. The coffee at breakfast was good. Plenty of parking.

We were made very welcome by the owners who gave us ideas of where to visit and dine. Excellent hosts.

Very nicely located littel hotel. About 15 minutes walk to the city center. Room was at bit small but had everything needed. Bathroom was rather new. The owners extremely friendly and caring about their guests. Enough parking space for cars. Breakfast was good for France, I missed some eggs but instead I had very good french croissants. We will certainly come back to this place.

The neighboorhood was a bit loud at night (due to vacation time and the hot weather people spent time outside and made some noise.

The location of The Kyriad at the end of the Avenue de Champagne is excellent. The bed is big and comfortable and it is nice to have a kettle in the room. The staff are friendly and helpful and the breakfast is good.

There is no air conditioning in the room so you have to open the window when it is warm and then it is very noisy with people from the flats opposite and from other guests. I understand that this is a budget hotel and the location and general level of comfort in the room justifies the "good" stay judgement for the review but just something to bear in mind when booking if this sort of thing would bother you.

The hotel is located on perfect place. Rooms are simple but clean and bed is good. The staff as wel the owner were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast also good. In short price quality is in balance.

The hotel is in a quiet location at the end of Avenue d' Champagne. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the centre of Epernay, past some of the big champagne houses. The staff were friendly & helpful. Comfortable rooms, with clean bathroom . The car park was handy for reception.

the facilities aren’t 5 star but they make the most of what they offer, you also aren’t paying for a 5 start hotel so its excellent for its price point

The hotel is conveniently located, right next to Avenue de Champagne and has parking. The staff was sympathetic.

Room is extremely small and needs a furniture upgrade. Very old school and cheap looking. Bed very uncomfortable, not a good quality mattress and pillows, we felt like sleeping on a cement floor, hard as a rock. We didn’t have a good quality sleep during our 2 nights there. We stayed at the Kyriad in Beaune and loved it but this one was not pleasant at all. Just the location and parking are convenient but nothing more.

Great location, staggering distance from the Rue de Champagne, what more can you ask of a hotel in Epernay. There was small terrace space to sit outside the room.

Room was a little dark and pillows were a bit small, but we usually travel without own pillows so no major problem.
