Photos make this look like a one level room however it was two stories and I was travelling with my 90 year old disabled grandmother who had recently had surgery. At least show accurate photos of the room!

Immaculate setup, well thought out, will stay again

on sea front and very convenient for restaurants etc

The damp smell in the room. I queried it with the gentleman on reception and was told previous guests had left windows open in torrential rain and wet the carpets. We felt this should have been remedied before letting again. Also bathroom seemed a little dated considering the cost of our stay.

Great location, walk out your door and you are right on the beautiful Paihia waterfront. The room was huge with excellent kitchen facilities. Loved the underfloor heating in the bathroom. The bed was very comfortable and warm. The heated swimming pool was an added bonus.

In front of the beach, the location is perfect. The manager and receptionnist were very helpful and nice. The suite was clean, spaceful and very good decorated.
