The staff were approachable and at the same time professional. The room was perfect. I felt that this hotel was not stuck in the 1990s but was relevant and keen to meet the needs of today’s travelers

개선은 안 될 것 같은데 객실 수에 비해 엘레베이터가 너무 적어요 로비도 3층이라 무조건 엘레베이터가 필요한데.. 체크인 전부터 엘레베이터 때문에 너무 오래 기다렸어요. 그리고 휴대폰 충전 케이블 무조건 판매만 하니 꼭 챙겨가셔야 해요 객실 내 충전기 꼽을 곳은 많음

Everything was perfect. I really recommend this hotel. Super central but quiet. Great interior. Smart tv in the room — if you wish to share your own screen.

Was a queue for the check-in — only one person was working. That’s very minor disadvantage, everything in general is way too cool.

Location was excellent. Gym was excellent. Bed was comfortable and great bathrooms.

Breakfast was not up to par at all. Just really perfunctory. Beneath the sheen of hip is a really old fashioned Marriott experience. Room TV doesn’t allow screen mirroring in 2024 - like what?

- Decent size bathroom with good shower. - Good quality sheets and towels. - Nice bathroom products. - Appreciated having a fridge in the room, and filter coffee bags. - Decent location especially for a first time visit to Seoul, and great city views.

- The biggest issue was the huge building site directly adjacent to the hotel as shown in pics - one from the other side of the road, and one showing crane from bedroom window. They are putting up a new building, next door, about half the height (so far) of the hotel. We fully expect traffic and other noise in the middle of a busy city, but not the grinding, drilling and banging of a massive scale building project that started at 7am some mornings. I absolutely would not have booked here if I'd known about this in advance, and would have rated the hotel higher without this issue. - Very hard beds, despite mattress toppers. Personal preference I know, but a negative for me. - Coffee shop was closed for several days for refurbishment. - Difficulties with ordering vegan food on room service. This was resolved and the hotel also kindly provided a list of vegan places to eat nearby. They also left a gift of (one single serving of) soft drink in our fridge. - The cleaning system was not explained at checkin. If you choose to have your room cleaned every 4 days rather than daily you can have a bottle of wine or Marriott points. On the first day I learned about this from my daughter and asked to change to it. At that point someone was already in our room cleaning despite a do not disturb sign. This apparently now counted as one of the cleans, and we had to have a complicated discussion about the specific dates we wanted our remaining (2, over 12 days) cleans. This seemed a bit ridiculous so we cancelled and went back to daily cleans and judicious use of the do not disturb sign, which was otherwise respected. - When the room *was* cleaned the quality of cleaning in the first week was poor. It improved in the second week, perhaps because of a change of staff. - Bathrooms have shallow toilets where the top of the down pipe is clearly visible at the back of the bowl, and permanently stained brown. This was really unpleasant and just needs some bleach to resolve.

Perfwct locations. Spacious rooms and friwndly staff. And they have blue coffee just at level 1 of the hotel which is a bonus.

I love the size of the room with a sofa and comfortable size of the table. The bathroom is "beautiful". Everything in the room gave me a very different feeling of a hotel. i love that the floor is not carpeted. Definitely to be back again. Thank you.

The location was very central to Hongdae. The staff were so lovely and friendly. The design of the hotel and room was really unique and cool. We were very comfortable and had a good view.

There was no swimming pool.

Perfect location with friendly staff.

If further facilities like ice-maker or spa services can be provided, it would be perfect.

fashion hotel, good for young people.

Not recommend for business travel. While I am asking for invoice, it becomes a ball play with booking.com and the hotel. Non of them try to provide the invoice.
