Good location where is nearby restaurant and many shop. Staff is very kind and helpful. Cleaner is also working nice.( They were fold our clothes.)

Breakfast was ok. We had a choice beetwen "standard" type of meal as well as local one. Choice was waid. Near the hotel there is shope 7eleven as well as public transport, there as also big mall nearby.

There was no in room dining. The hotel looks better in the photo than it is in real life.

It seems if you check in on the weekend the male attended the hotel doesn't like to work on weekends day. So you get 0 help or very minimum. Parking, if you don't know Korean, take your translator out, because you have to use a machine to park your car and all the instructions are in Korean. They hotel room at 11:30pm was at 80F and there was no way of cooling it. I turn off the heater but could not turn on the A/C as it is hotel control and they don't change the setting to cool until late March or middle April.  They gave me a broken fan; in a hotel located in Seoul. This hotel looks and feel more like a cheap; road style hotel, than a regular Best Western in USA. In the USA they are cheap; but they are confortable, clean and the staff is good.

As always the hotel is very good.

The hotel was value for price. Very clean, comfortable, great quality of pillows, bedsheets and towels.

The garden cafe and bar was not working

Great value for money. Convenient with CU and Seven Elven nearby. Quite good location!

Toilet water pressure was quite weak. We were provided with one card key at first, which was a bit odd considering how other hotels give one card key per person.

Room was big, clean and very quiet. Everything worked perfectly. 2 bottles of free water was nice. Had all the usual little things like body soap, shampoo, conditioner, etc. Walk out to the street to immediately find convenience stores, restaurants and other shops. Staff were super helpful and spoke English too. They especially went out of their way to help me with getting a taxi on several occasions as I couldn't believe how difficult it was in Seoul.
