No kettle

The room is small but clean. As it is on the third floor, it has a great view of mountain. The breakfast is very good. I love it. They have fruits, coffee, croissant, ham, orange juice, etc.. It was great. The transportation is fine, no matter to the center of city or to the airport.

My plug stuck in the sink for one night, but after I mentioned it to the hotel, the problem was solved quickly. The smell in the corridor is not that good, but the room is fine.

Location is good, near the bus and tram stops.

The daily room rates changed every week. The second week, the rates were too high.

the bathroom is not nice, it’s to closed with no light or ventilation. not a good design.

Helpfulness of staff, free transport pass, excellent location, quiet and comfortable room.

cozy room, near to the tram station and bus. Clean and comfortable.

the conections for the electricity are not suitable for foreigns.

The wlan was not for free. I realised that in Accord Hotels I have to give access to my personal data, cookies etc. In order to access the wifi. I think it was not correct at all, since I pay access with my personal data. I spoke with reception explaining the problem and the reply they gave me is that there was no other way to access the line. I insisted because according to my booking the line was for free, they gave me a site for complaints where I could not complain at all...
