Hotel spełnił nasze oczekiwania. Było bardzo czysto, wielkość pokoju była wystarczająca (choć mógłby być większy). Personel bardzo miły i pomocny. Podkreślić muszę doskonałą lokalizację hotelu: blisko metra i parku Yeouido. Bardzo blisko znajduje się rzeka Han a wzdłuż niej wygodne ścieżki do spacerowania. Super widok na miasto i rzekę. Dojazd do centrum miasta jest bardzo wygodny bo trzeba przejechać tylko kilka stacji metra. W pobliżu można znaleźć kilka restauracji i sklepy. Hotel znajduje się w dzielnicy biznesowej dzieki czemu jest cicho i spokojnie w nocy. Generalnie jest to super miejsce na pobyt w Seulu.

Jedynym problemem był system organizacji śniadania. Prawdopodobnie z uwagi na małą ilość miejsc w restauracji (w stosunku do ilości gości) schodząc na śniadanie trzeba było ustawić się w długiej, dwu-etapowej kolejce. Najpierw trzeba bylo podać numer pokoju i ilość osób a następnie trzeba było czekać na wywołanie numeru pokoju i dopiero wtedy ktoś z obsługi prowadził do stolika. Pomijając kwestie tego, że nie za bardzo pilnowano żeby goście podawali numery pokoi w kolejności ustawienia się w kolejce, zdecydowanie jest jakiś problem organizacyjny. Nie jest moją rolą optymalizować procedury ale sądzę, że można by było wydłużyć godziny serwowania śniadania co pozwoliłoby się pewnie gościom podzielić (np. goście biznesowi wolą zwykle wcześniej, turyści mogą przyjść na śniadanie później...).

Quiet in the night. Quite a few convenient stores, restaurants, bakery and cafe surrounded. A river park is just a stone’s throw away.

Facility is pretty outdated. Shower drain clogged. Musty smell is pretty obvious. Cleanliness could be improved.

Location, big size TV, collection pieces on display in the lobby.

No drawers or shelves in the closet. I had to use the ironing board open in the closet. Also, the gym is too small, I didn't find free weights, and there was no space to do stretch exercises.

The toilet was so disgusting, horrible odour that made me vomit. I have never seen this disgusting toilet at a hotel. The smell was so bad so that I couldn't stand it.

The staff was helpful. They tried to help you. It is near to the Han River and the park. It is so nice.

I loved the cleanliness and the location. I was also pleased that they could speak some English to help me out.

It's not really something I didn't like but found odd. As an American traveler, I assumed all hotels had dressers for your clothes. This had a great closet but only 5 hangers. Certainly not enough as there were no drawers for pants, t shirts, etc. I didn't approach the front desk about the need for more hangers as I made do. It's just something to keep in mind. I'm not sure if it's the culture or just this room

It was very conveniently located in Yeouido, which is a good place if coming for meetings/ conference as it is in middle of CBD. Yeouido park is just nearby. Limited good food choices around the hotel so will recommend to go out to more popular locations eg Hongdae across Hangang to find food.

The shower jet is quite small if you want hot water, so it was not as satisfying to shower. Otherwise anemities are all present and bed is comfortable.

Front counter staff was very professional and helpful. Hotel decor was very nice too!

The staff at breakfast (executive lounge) were very rude. Clearing of food tongs was done without notice to the guests and it was before the end of the breakfast period. My mother was even rudely told not to take the food after the tongs were removed. Hope this can be improved.

Front desk staff were nice, house keeping staff were exceptionally friendly. The location was very convenient and right next to convenience stores and restaurants.

The rooms had an old design and were not as modern.

The front desk staff were friendly and communicated well in English. It was beautifully decorated for the holidays.

There was intermittent sewer smell coming through the heating system which was very off putting. We switched off the system and even left the room due to the smells.

Need to wait in line for 15-20 minutes for the hotel buffet breakfast during the duration of our stay.

The location of the hotel is nice In front of a park so you can take a walk and that's really great The room was comfy, clean and big enough Good decoration of the hotel The breakfast was nice though not many choices regarding the continental breakfast with croissant, butter, jam....

The women staff people at the reception should be a bit more joyful, we don't see the face with the mask so we look at the eyes and we don't see any smile when we are talking or as if we are disturbing when asking something.

The church is across the road. Lobby was clean and open. Bed was comfortable.

The bathroom needs some interior design. There is a shelf right above the sink, every time I tried to wash my face, my head always bump on the shelf.

Beautiful hotel and and great location for me. Room had a lovely view of river and bridge. 5 minute walk to park and river. Large shopping centre short walk away also. Subways and bus stops couple of minutes walk so easy access to everywhere in Seoul. Staff very helpful, professional and friendly. Would definitely stay there again.

Carpet in room. Bathroom could do with a bit of updating also. However both were clean.
