Very friendly and helpful service, clean room.

Breakfast was youth hostel style, which does not fit into a high price hotel. very limited bread, cheese and other. extra payment for other than basic coffee.

Property was clean - the room was spacious - and breakfast wasn’t extensive but the food was good and met our needs.

Upon arrival we we pressed by reception to pay in cash in Pesos on the basis the cost would be lower for us - worked example given to us showing the ‘saving’. There is an official exchange rate and the blue (unofficial) exchange rate - the blue being much more favourable - the hotel said it would have to charge the official rate if we paid by card. This proved not to be completely incorrect (resulting in us paying much more than we should have) and the constant change of staff meant we could not talk to the person who gave this ‘advice’. The matter has been raised with the hotel but have received nothing other than the offer of a free night’s accommodation in a city we will not be returning to. Thought the location of our pre cruise hotel (close to the obelisk) to be better.

the front desk staff: Austin and Miracle (their names in English) were out of this world. They went above and beyond in helping us from helping us get our room a little early, to showing us the spa facilities where we were able to clean up from our travels until we were in our room, to the incredible pool outside the lobby where we sunned in the awesome BA warmth while we waited for the room. Then Miracle helped us when our tour guide ran late, running interference on the phone for us and Austin helped us negotiate the taxi system. Given we don’t know Spanish ( I know, I know mistake on our part) they were wonderful to assist us during our stay. We thoroughly enjoyed the room, the pool and the breakfast. all was comfortable, clean and spacious. A hidden gem.

The room was spacious with a private deck and hot tub. The location was excellent. And the staff was very welcoming and extremely helpful.

Location was good, middle of the restaurants and bars but a little far from metro station.

Basically it is a overrated Hotel, Breakfast was terrible, room was very standard with poor finishes. It is a 3 star hotel and Booking shall verify the equal quality star applying to all countries.

Adrián is the reason we keep coming back. he always makes us feel at home.
