Check out day, I requested checkout paper and receipt but front desk staff refused to provide any checkout sheet or receipt. Wonder why? They over charged the fee, it seems like they charged weekend fee to all 7days.

The check in was very smooth and staff were kind, warm and welcoming. The hotel looks new and clean. Our original booking via another site was canceled due to technical issues. We had to scramble at night to find a place to stay. We were lucky to find this hotel.

The hotel room and corridors looked new and clean, but there was a mild odd damp smell in the hotel and rooms. My wife also suggested that it would be good to have 2 cups in the bath room for people to use for brushing teeth/mouth wash.

Room was dusty and the moquette was smelly. Also the shower wasn't clean properly. The bathtub waster was not reaching good hot temperature. It's my first time that I had to ask to change the room which they did.

The room was very clean. The staff was kind. We could order food to the hotel.

The bathroom had a bit of a smoke smell. I'm assuming other tenants tried to smoke in there, even though it is not allowed.

The bathroom in the hotel dont have hanger to hang clothes when taking bath.

The general manager was very friendly and extra accommodating. The breakfast was good and convenient for us. The big tub was good but maybe better if it was a closed off room.

I would recommend to pay extra attention to cleanliness as there was dust when we moved some of the furniture. Also the bathroom door has a loud banging sound each time we opened it. It needs to be fixed.
