Lovely view. Comfy beds. Good sized kitchen with everything you need. Great big pool and spa. Quiet.

The staff had organized early access for us which I am personally very grateful for. The pool and spa facility is awesome. The apartment itself is very spacious.

The bathroom needs a little bit of TLC.

The fridge didn't work but a new one was bought to our apartment straight away. Brett was very helpful and attentive

The room we given had an excellent view, the same view that was in the online picture. The location was good as it's a short walk to the Supermarket and restaurants, if you don't want to cook. I stayed there to visit my elderly mother because she lives nearby in a retirement village. The staff were excellent.

As in nearly every other apartment I've stayed in, the bed was terrible. It was sagged and too soft. I had to sleep in the small single be in the second bedroom, which wasn't very comfortable either. It shows a good Gym in the online picture, but you have to pay $15 a week to use it, which I would of if I was staying more than 3 days. As I would of only had enough time to use it once, it would of been poor value.

View was everything I hoed for. Location was perfect

Spare garbage bag and toilet rolls would have been handy. A powerpoint near the table would have been useful for computer use. Shower in the main bathroom is dangerous. Putting SECOND LEVEL on the carpark map was confusing - we went round and round looking for the upramp. I have never heard of a basement called SECOND LEVEL in my life.

Carpet and bathroom were dirty. Spa out of order

Excellent apartment with River/Sea views. Very central location & the pool on level 1 was handy too. After hours check in worked well too. All in all, very good & highly recommended.

The basement B2 parking space for our apartment was not wide enough for our SUV with wall/pillar on either side. Could squeeze in but ran the risk of scratching the paint. But we requested the next day & were advised to park in the visitor park on B1, so it was ok.
