The varieties of breakfast can be improved. I stayed there 7 days but the food is quite similar everyday.

I booked one more room with living quarters for my daughter, they enjoyed the room facilities very much; especially the washer/dryer. They did not bring much clothes to Osaka, just went out to buy them from Uniqlo and wash and wear. Kitchen wares is excellent and the room cleaning is superb,

Location was great, lot of eateries nearby. Walking to nearest subway station around 10 mins. Breakfast spread was limited, but still fairly worth it for the price. Washing machine plus dryer 2 in 1 in the room is the best.

Toiletries in the room could be better, small containers are not really handy.

We had a very nice spacious deluxe apartment with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Perfect for a travelling family. Close to Namba station for train and subway. We really liked the breakfast. Very friendly staff. We had an evening flight. We could use the guest lounge to wait for our train to the airport. Great stay!

This facility was exceptional! The location was great with so many restaurants and shopping. The room was so comfortable and adorable. It had so many storage spaces, and I loved having the laundry machine and refrigerator. The breakfast was really good, and they had different variety of things to eat every day. I loved there pajamas, and wanted to buy a couple of it, but it wasn't for sale. This place was so economical! We stayed at fancier hotels during our travels in Japan, but loved this place the best. I will return to this place if I ever come back to Osaka.

12 minutes to go to Umeda, center of Osaka, by subway but actually we did like the area of the Fraser Residence better. Reasonably low priced. As a morning runner, less than 500 meters away a baseball court you can run around (350 meters) without worrying about cars, bicycles etc. We made a wash daily while being in the Fraser Residence - perfect.

Not really anything. Having experience in travelling I can confirm I appreciated the service, the estetic of the hotel, everything working and people always willing to help. Breakfast & healthclub very good too.

Perfect location across from the Namba Station. The sumo stadium is also across the street and Dotonbori street is a 5 minute walk. Lots to eat and drink around the hotel. Staff was very friendly and spoke English very well.

I wish we could get single bed instead of twin

The location of this hotel was perfect. So very close to Namba Station, shopping, restaurants and tourist areas. The room was very clean and spacious, we has a one bedroom suite. The bed was a little firm for my liking. The breakfast was great with plenty of choice. The staff were welcoming and helpful. They spoke English which was great for us.

There was nothing I didn't like.

1. great location. 2. washing machine is helpful. 3. breakfast is delicious, congee, croissant, fruit... 4. simple kitchen is a plus.

1. water kettle is out of order. 2. single bed is so small. If we could choose double bed, it'll be much better.

We moved into 2 rooms because it wasn't clean, even the second one was not clean enough, when we moved the couch for a third bed we found some garbage left under there, bathroom and bathtub looks worn out and the silicon corners looked brownish.

It’s in the heart of Namba city. Great location and very helpful staffs. We sent our luggage to the property and got well informed when the luggage arrived. Even they took all of our luggages to the room before our official check in
