Buona location vicinissima alla stazione

La stanza era molto datata (anni 80) e proprio per questo assolutamente inadeguata alle esigenze attuali. Per fare degli esempi: 1) non c'erano prese per caricare telefoni, pc e tablet sui comodini ma solo due prese in tutto sulla scrivania (questo perché negli anni 80 questi dispositivi non esistevano), 2) sotto la scrivania c'era una multi presa con un groviglio di fili. Il bagno era molto vecchio ed ingiallito, con una porta in plastica ingiallita. La stanza non vale assolutamente il prezzo pagato e non rispetta gli standard da hotel di quattro stelle. La stanza era anche molto piccola, ma questo in Giappone è molto frequente.

Location is convenient. View was wonderful. Room was comfortable. Had a great stay here.

There was a massage service but didn’t say on the brochure that it will be done in the room. Thought the massage was done at the facility.

The location was great for the JR but somewhat further from the subway. Very centrally located to the malls and hence food options.

Quite a walk still depending on your itinerary. My Dad and I are active people but you may feel it is tiring if you are less fit to have to do that much walking.

Reception on level 19 is a little confusing but we got there!

Boven het station Umeda dus hoe centraal wil je het hebben? Vriendelijk personeel, mooie entourage, relatief ruime kamer, goed bed. En voor een hele redelijke prijs.

Voor het ontbijt hebben we extra betaald en dat was redelijk prijzig, maar ook zeer goed verzorgd en een gevarieerde keuze Europees / Japans. Ook een rustige mooie ontbijtzaal.

I don't like the room at all.

The room was so small, far from lobby, dirty carpet and walls, bathroom is dirty. I have to self clean up everything to make it more decent.

Sehr zentrale Lage direkt am / auf dem Bahnhof Umeda. Ausstattung ebenfalls sehr gut.

In manchen Zimmerkategorien gibt es keine Auswahl zwischen zwei Einzelbetten oder einem Doppelbett.

地理位置优越，从JR大阪站中央口出站步行一分钟；楼下就是大丸百货，餐饮购物都很方便；房间在日本算是比较大的了，三人间中间的床可以移动拼成一张大床，带孩子入住睡觉也很方便；工作人员都很有礼貌，碰面都会主动打招呼。

五一期间房价略贵，整体物有所值。

My room on the 24th floor was small, dim and warm. It was below my expectation. I informed the front desk who graciously changed my room to a bigger room which was brighter and teh aircon was working.

Location, access to train and shops - the hotel is conveniently located to access all trains going to different parts of the city, There are alst several shops close by so it it handy.

Size of room - there was barely any space on the floor to put an open suitcase on the floor. With 2 people and 2 suitcases it becomes almost impossible to walk around the room or exit. It was not clear at all at the time of booking that the rooms would be so tiny.

Very very good. Especially there was one Korean manager, He helped greatly to find my wife’s lost teeth aligner. Price, location, bed, and view were all fantastic.

Hard to find the entrance and reception at 19floor ! Too many other elevator !

Super convenient, right above the train line. Rooms are nice, enough room for a couple as we did not stay in the room much.

Rooms are expected to be smallish as is everywhere in Asia.
