Location was fantastic, it was right in the centre of Dotonburi. It was very clean. The staff were lovely and getting the free breakfast was also very handy.
There was a bit of noise we could hear from our window at night and the rooms were very small but I think that’s common for Japan!

Tutto. Personale professionale e disponibile fino a tarda sera, dolcissima anche la signora che serve la colazione. Posizione in piena dotonbori ma camere tutto sommato silenziose. All you can drink con diverse bevante calde e fredde molto buone. Struttura e stanze molto belle e molto pulite!

location, not bad quality of rooms
hotel gave a full impression that they are trying to charge you for anything at any step. for example, if you want to check out at 11 am (which is most usual time in majority of local hotels) you will need to pay extra.
we wanted to prolong for one more night, but hotel informed us that we will need to check out and wait at the reception until 3 pm to check in into the room again.
the room itself was on par with similar hotels, but the service was the deal breaker as they charge you for things which are usually given for free. we found cheeper and higher quality hotel in the same area and did not prolong our stay in IAM.

The location is good for exploring, and only a short walk from the station.
It’s not the cleanest hotel. Incredibly loud throughout the entire night. Bed is really poor.

It's great having this central location of a hotel and having the luggage storage in hotel on the same day of check-out. Area around the hotel is lively, full of shopping districts, izakaya that open the whole night!
Will suggest to hotel having slightly later check-out timing as I usually spend time to walk about the area to shop for souvenirs before going to the next city/going back home.

위치가 너무 좋았어요. 숙소가 도톤보리 거리에 있어 여행하기에 편리했습니다. 로비에서 미리 귀마개도 무료로 나누어주고 있었는데 귀마개를 사용할 정도로 시끄럽지는 않았습니다. 침대도 푹신해서 아주 잘 잤고 룸 관리가 잘 되어 있어서 깨끗했습니다.
조금 좁았다는 점 이외에는 완벽했습니다.

ארוחת הבוקר היתה לא ממש לטעמנו.. לא התחברנו לשתי סוגי הארוחות שהוצעו, לא ממש היתה אופציה אחרת. אכלנו בחוץ. מעבר לזה החדר היה קטן, שזה בסדר לא ציפינו ליותר
לעומת זאת, השירותים קטנים מאוד! לא ממש נוח. לא מתאים לאנשים בגובה 1.85+.

The location is the biggest drawcard of this hotel, it it literally a stone's throw from Dotonburi and multiple subway stations. The bed was super comfortable and for a room in Japan we seemed to have ample space for luggage, although they do not replenish linen or towels daily to reduce their environmental impact which I liked. Added bonus, they have a drinks machine downstairs which you can help yourself to.

Location is very convenient. Hotel cleaniness is well maintained.
As the location is very near to Shinsaibashi, the streets tend to be crowded and rowdy at times. Street noise can be heard from the hotel room. Lift waiting time is terribly longer, and unbearable when the lift lobby has no good air ventilation or even fan.

The location is the best. Walking distance to Dotonburi and Shinsaibashi tourist spots. Many restaurants and shopping malls in the area.

The location is right in the middle of action and easily accessible. The room is nice size, clean, and comfortable. The common area near the lobby is very convenient for us to have our takeaway meals, and they have free tea, coffee, and soft drinks. Will love to be back.

Enjoyed my stay at IamHotel, excellent location five min walk to action. Friendly staff, comfortable room, bed nice to sleep in.
One thing that would stop me returning is the windows have blinds that dont keep the light out and in the morning the bright light woke me up early especially being summer. In Japan there is alot to do and u want a good sleep to enjoy your time here.

Central location. Close to all the shops / restaurants in busy Dotonbori. We got free drinks upon check-in (hot chocolate, coffee and different kinds of soft drinks). They provide amenities such as toothbrush, comb.
The staff are nice & friendly. They allowed us to leave our bags after check out since we were travelling early in the morning. The check out process was so easy.
The economy room was on the small side. We only had two luggages so it was okay but we recommend to book months ahead to get a better rate.

Location was convenient to explore Dotonburi. My kids loved the drinks machine and having a little hot chocolate before bed time. A little touch or home for them.
No restaurant. We love having a restaurant/place for breakfast in the hotel to make mornings a little easier when travelling with children, but this wasn't a deal breaker.

very small… we only had 2 small hand carries, backpack and handbag, but not much room to move. more suited for backpacker imo.
Can hear lots of ambulance noise from the street.
