The staff was very courteous and accommodating. Due a recent surgery using a tub shower was not possible and the staff was happy to upgrade the room to a standing shower at no cost. Also, each time room service cleaned the room they left us some yummy snacks. (Image included)

The location is the best for Mumbai …you step out of the hotel and you are on Marine Drive… location can’t get any better 😃

The hotel exteriors could be done up .. looks a tad old .

Breakfast good but not much variety

There was a cockroach in one of the rooms. Beds could be slightly larger.

The staff were good. The room are well equiped, spacious , comfortable bed ,hot water available. The dinner buffet ia simply amazing

The humidity in the hotel. You can smell it at the entrance and feel it in the room. It wasn't pleasant for my sinus.

Check-in : The team was warm and addressed us by name, which was surprising. Checknin was less than 2 minutes, and we were alloted our room. Restaurants: Both restaurants served great food, I especially loved the continental cuisine. Chef has tge original recipes and food was outstanding. Housekeeping: Spot on, professional and attentive staff, clean and meticulous. Hospitality: From the Managers to the service staff, all made us so comfortable and were very accommodative to our requirements. I truly enjoyed the stay and will certainly return in the future.

There was nothing to not like.

An excellent spread of choices; and if you wanted something that was not available, they are quick to accommodate your requests (within reason). The Front Office Manager Mr. Dipen Sharma was very kind & helpful, not just during check-in, but also during the rest of the days we were there, and we certainly enjoyed our chats even though they were shorts Hats off also to Mr. John Dsouza at Society Bar (lobby level), Mr. John is a wonderful man and we quite enjoyed our conversations with him. His detail to service is exceptional.
