朝食も美味しく頂きました。フロントスタッフの方も良かったです。お部屋も綺麗に清掃されていました。ロケーションは最高です。 ゆったり過ごせたので良かったです。

スパ、大浴場の料金は高いと思いました。 せめて1000円で入れたら良いかなと思いました。

Staff are very accomodating - A for effort but sometimes outcome not the desired one but lets out thst with the language issues

A more available concierge - most of the the time the one that helped us were tge team of the bell captain and they are really not trained for thst

The breakfast was great and a lot of options. Loved the Hokkaido ice cream flavors each morning. Location is very very convenient. Staff was very helpful and greeted every time we entered or left the lobby. The room was very spacious, cozy, and a lot of amazing toiletries that bringing any is not necessary.

Only wished they had a gym or facility to work out in. But it's really not that big of a deal.

Location is very convenient with shopping and train station directly below hotel. Ski bus also stops at hotel. Bed is comfortable and breakfast is delicious.

There was no cocktail bar even after advertising the rooftop bar it is a restaurant and is sitting with the breakfast buffet. Also there is no fitness facilities for exercise

Location is exceptional and restaurant is great. View from the room is awesome as well! Highly recommended.
