Absolutely beautiful. The room was even better than the photos! The staff were lovely and very quick to help with anything we needed (I did not know about the tipping culture and really regret not doing that as it was well deserved!). The location was a short walk to everything I wanted to see, and a lot of surprising new things I didn't even know where there! The buffet style breakfast offered plenty of local and western options and I was so full every morning hah.

There is leakage problem from the 1st floor toilets which caused water to drip to the sofa and door to jacuzzi at ground floor. Complaints made on arrival but no immediate action.

I’m be stayed here a few times and have always enjoyed this boutique hotel. Situated in town, easy access to eating places and hotel itself has a great feeling.

It’s a beautiful hotel in the heart of the old/historic city. The sightseeings are on a walkable distance. The room and bathroom were big and super clean. The bed was comfy and the smart TV was great to watch Netflix :).. The breakfast was good and extensive. The staff was helpful and nice. Roshen thank you for everything my man!! The last day we had a early checkout because of our fly to Langkawi and the restraint give us the opportunity to have a early breakfast. Thanks a lot!

Rooms are a bit noisy.

Not much. It is a really amazing building and the furnishings were cool. it was just poorly maintained. The breakfast wasn’t bad.

Room was damp and smelled of mildew. Bathroom fixtures were old and poorly repaired/maintained. Bed was hard and could feel springs through the worn feather bed. Day 1: Jacuzzi wasn’t working, then once got it working it leaked everywhere. The solution was housekeeping and extra towels. Day 2: Footfalls from above guests shorted the 2 of the 4 ceiling lights. Agreed maintenance would look into it. Day 3: Key card stopped working. It was the lock fixture that was broken making it hard to access my room Had booked for 8 days. but decided to leave after 3 nights.

Beautiful building and beautifully decorated. Because it's an older building with alot of charm, it doesn't feel the cleanest. But worth it!. If you want clinical or modernyly clean rooms, go elsewhere. But if you want charm and character, here is for you.

We booked the jacuzzi bathroom but the jacuzzi bathtubs didn't work.

Location is fantastic as it is in the city center of George Town. Staff is friendly and helpful. The room is comfy and well decorated. Balcony is well-ventilated. Bathroom is spacious with jacuzzi tub and shower area fitted in it. Definitely recommended!

The decorative cushions placed on the bed is dirty and smells.
