We loved the peaceful vibe and the beautiful building. The staff were really friendly and accommodating. They welcomed our children and grandchildren who visited frequently and were happy for them to swim in the lovely pool and hang out with us in our room. We think Muntri Grove is awesome, and we will definitely stay again.

The new bar that opened next door plays loud music until 2-3am, even on weekdays. Though we were warned upon check in, we proceeded anyway thinking that maybe the noise and music would be bearable. We were dead wrong. The music will end at 3am and promptly at 6:30am, there will be the mosque prayer call. We swiftly checked out to another hotel. Tho not Muntri Grove’s fault, this is a major flaw in the location and affected our stay and experience there. They did tell us that they’ve made several complaints and lodged a police report but nothing much has been done. I hope they can sort it out soon. A real shame as it’s really a wonderful place to stay

The room was perfectly beautiful as in the picture shown. It was very spacious too. The location were easy access. The staff were so kind and friendly. Really appreciate for the ones that help me fulfilled my request on last minute extra bed. Overall is perfect!

Would’ve be better if the breakfast is included as the room itself makes me wanna stays in all the time. Hehe.

Second time here, first time for our friends, we all loved it. Staff were friendly, rooms were great. absolutely loved how quiet it is. it's so relaxing! getting takeaways nearby and dinner by the pool was nice.

the bed a bit hard

great location, located near the busier streets but not on them so it was quiet. the rooftop pool is a good size and a refreshing break from the hot afternoons. The staff was also accommodating when we chose to add another day to our stay.

Everything! The staff member who checked me in was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was gorgeous and so comfortable. Very clean! Good location. Would definitely stay here again.

Arrived earlier than predicted and was able to check in early. Suraya & team were really helpful. Internet was fast enough for me to do my online classes and presentations as well. The interior decor was beautiful and the toilet and shower being separated was great too! Tv was great as we could use our own Netflix account as well. Will definitely come back!!

one night the shower pressure wasn’t really stable and would suddenly turn hot/cold really fast even without adjusting the temperature. finding for a car park is a bit difficult.

Comfortable big room, quiet and have a good wifi connection. Helpful and friendly staff. Can explore the UNESCO site on foot easily from this area.
