The location of the hotel is close to many good eateries!

Unfortunately, the hotel was having some upgrading and refurbishment work going on.

The hygiene was very poor. They didn't change my bedding when I checked in. When I was getting ready to go to bed at 9pm, I found that the sheets, pillowcases and quilt covers were dirty. I was the pillow in the quadruple room, and only two pillows were clean. The other pillowcases were dirty and had a strong smell, as if someone else had slept on them. There seemed to be blood stains on the sheets, and there were frayed hairs on them. It was obvious that they had been used by others and not washed. When I asked them to change my shift the front desk staff told me it was time to check in when I checked in and it had been six hours now and they had no staff. I had no choice but to change the sheets and pillowcases myself. The room was not cold and the pillars on the bed were dangerously close to breaking. The door of the cabinet falls down. You cannot push the other door open because it will fall out and it will be dangerous. Especially if there are children it is easy to get hit.

bathroom was ok. only thing wrong was the shower mixer taps were not very good.

The booking site said there was a TV in the bedroom. there was! but only one chanel and it was chinese. there was NO MINI bar. The roof top bat/restaurant was not functioning. The ''simming pool'' was not a swimming pool, unless you were under 1 metre tall. the water was to shallow to swim in, hence swimming pool as described was false information. The bathroom soap etc were not renewed daily. The breakfast was very poor. no fruit juice, no choice of bread, no toaster, only saur kraut bread available.

Location

Set up of the room, the steps and limited space, expected more for the price we paid. Staff kept knocking and ringing while we were still packing to leave at 12.15 pm.

The old furnitures, antique decorations, the old telephone in the room. The windows at the room were cool antique windows.

The ironing facilities. They only have 2 irons w/out ironing board. But I can’t use both iron coz both have burned remains sticking to the ironing plate. Then when you switch on the irons, the burning smell were very strong plus the irons’ cord were very short.

The toilet couldn't flush in room 112. When complained to the receptionist, she says nothing can be done as the maintenance guy is not in. She couldn't even go all out and at least lent us a bucket so we could easily flush the toilet.

The breakfast was delicious.

no wardrobe, cooked buffet breakfast was cold/lukewarm as burners not lit. tea was kept warm on coffee maker. it would be better to provide freshly made tea and freshly made filtered coffee. if not possible I would advice stop providing breakfast because even though it was included in the room rate, most people avoided it and went out for breakfast.

Staff was very friendly. Front desk was opened 24h for your needs. Located a bit away from main riad, make quiet at night but difficult to find at your arrival.

EXTRA CHARGE! Bad encounter with parking attendant which he didn't believe that we are guests so he threatened to clamp our car at the allocated parking lot

Hotel environment.. Comfy bed... very clean room + toilet.. Breakfast so so.. As per describe in pics

Only has no TV during our stay due to .but it is ok.. Because of that..kids not enjoy much.

Pay additional for service tax. Upon arrival, straight away the receptionist told us theres no tv channel. Booked room with breakfast, but the cafe staff told us theres no coffee, tea or even simple juices. Asked for a pancake, but they served us their home country version pancake.

The location was central. It was within walking distance from the center of town.

Some of the rooms were lacking amenities but when we informed the staff it was promptly taken care of.
