Outside needs a good clean. Big cracks in the structural walls

the cracks in the walls allowed the outside to come in, I could see outside clearly thru them, the hot water was cut off at night without warning, the bed was so bad it dipped to the floor and I left in excruciating lower back pain. ghastly experience.

Michael at front reception was very welcoming & friendly Room was clean & comfortable Value for money The vegan curry at the bistro was delicious!

Room was easy to find and parking was good. Shower has beed upgraded

Room needed to be updated and could do with a good spring clean. Very thin walls and noisy all night.

Room itself was good and reasonably spacious and clean. Bed was comfortable

Chairs were a bit low for us. Also would have liked dishes and cutlery to help us be a little more self-sufficient. Finally a microwave would have helped my husband with the milk for his coffee, which he prefers hot.

Not much

Had the TV replaced as had no signal. Shower was crap and had more water coming out of the top of the shower head instead of through the shower head. Ordered dinner, asked for everything to come out at once. I sat there and watched my husband eat with no sign of my dinner. Husband finished dinner I asked for a refund of my non existent meal. Not happy at all with that stay. Thought since it changed management it would have been alot better however I should not have expected anything to change! Seems the service is even worse than before.
