Housekeeping was lovely and worked well. I would say the pool, if it wasn't rude, noisy and moody guest and returning to the room soaking wet because they would not allow you to use their spa towels.

I cannot overstate how terrible our stay at this hotel was. The entire place is in a desolate condition—everything is either broken or in disrepair. The power sockets are a severe hazard, with too few in each room, and some hanging halfway out of the wall. The rooms reek of a musty, moldy smell that immediately hits you when you walk in, making it impossible to feel comfortable. The neighborhood surrounding the hotel is equally appalling. We witnessed people being besieged right outside the door. We didn’t feel safe stepping out, and it’s clear the hotel does nothing to address this. The lobby, which contains a large restaurant, is pure chaos. Children can run wild—climbing over the furniture with their shoes, engaging in pillow fights with the sofa cushions between guests trying to have dinner, and banging loudly on the piano. The hotel staff watched this unfold without lifting a finger to intervene. I have never seen anything so antisocial. The towels were grey, some even torn, and when we went to the spa, we discovered that guests were not allowed to use the pile of towels sitting there because it would set off an alarm. Yes, you read that correctly—an alarm goes off if you take towels from the spa. My family was forced to leave the pool soaking wet because we couldn’t use the towels! To make matters worse, we got stuck in the lift, still wet, and the door open button didn’t even work. Back in the room, the hairdryer barely gets warm, and the shower was caked with limescale. Room service never showed and acted as if we had never ordered when called again. When I finally complained and told them outright that their hotel is a disaster, the response I received was a dismissive “Yes, I know.” Excuse me? Oh, and the Kids Club? Non-existent. It’s advertised as part of their offer, but at 11:15 AM, during their supposed hours of operation, no one was there.

Falta de mantenimiento para un hotel considerado 5 estrellas. La luz de la parte de la bañera , no funcionaba; la cafetera de habitación no funcionaba ; la caja fuerte quedó sin batería y nadie vino a solucionarlo… lo tuve q solucionar yo. ( después de pedir dos veces ! ) Falta de lugar de estacionamiento y si hay se cobra aparte … En la noche quisimos tomar un café en el bar y nunca lo trajeron A. La mesa. ???? A mi entender hay de parte del personal una falta de compromiso por el huésped o tal vez sea un problema de gestión de RRHH y Mantenimiento … Mucha fachada ; nombre pero La diferencia está en los pequeños detalles . Cabe agregar que el personal del Spa sobre todo el turno de la tarde del sábado 7 fueron muy atentos … faltaban toallas pero en cuanto las repusieron las llevaron a la piscina

Personal muy atento, instalaciones muy cómodas. Habitación amplia y con lo necesario. El desayuno es muy completo. El restaurante tiene vistas de Montevideo increíbles.

Hotel com grande estrutura de lazer e uma academia bem completa, com direito a pista de corrida. Café da manhã bem completo, com vasto buffet e vista panorâmica. Pedimos refeição no quarto e ficamos bem satisfeitos.

Quarto e banheiro está um pouco ultrapassado, precisam de um retrofit.

O Hotel é muito bem localizado, quartos grandes, cama super confortável, tem uma ótima academia, piscina aquecida e o café de manha é espetacular, vale a pena.

The hotel has a central location and is convenient for many things although the area around it is not so salubrious.The rooms,like the hotel,are a bit tired but decently maintained and very clean.Breakfast is OK but less than one would expect for a seemingly 5 star hotel. Internet worked well.

Check in was a disaster.We arrived 2 hours before the agreed check in time and were.told that the room would be available at the agreed 15.00.Ok no problem.We returned at 15.00 to be advised that the room.would be available after a further hour.The overworked reception staff then said if I was not happy I could "cancel the reservation"...that was totally unacceptable. Eventually an upgraded room was provided but the overall impression was poor.For the price you can do better.

Hotel com instalações velhas e decadentes. Solicitamos 2 itens no room service que estavam em dolar e quando veio a conta foi convertido para o Peso e acrescentaram 30% a mais na conta.

A localização é excelente. Os funcionários foram muito simpáticos. E o café da manhã é ótimo. Eles têm também uma boa estrutura de academia, os quartos são antigos, mas com boa manutenção, espaçosos demais para os padrões atuais. Cama confortável, dois televisores, antessala, enfim, um ótimo local para se hospedar em Montevideu. .

O único defeito do hotel, na minha avaliação, é o estacionamento. Tem poucas vagas e é muito difícil de acessar.

Nice hotel, located right in the middle of "Ciudad Vieja", one of the best places to be (although in a future visit, we shall stay at Punta Carreras). Breakfast is great, room is big, internet good, swim pool is nice. No doubt a good option at Ciudad Vieja and for a first visit to Montevideo. Good restaurants near by and nice places do visit as well. A few minutes from car to the Tres Cruces Bus Station, from where you can go to other cities, such as Punta del Este and Colonia.

No negative matters on the hotel; just fine!

No recibi la habitacion que habia solicitado aunque la gente de recepcion hizo lo posible para ubicarnos en alguna similar.

This hotel, although older, has a nice spa area with a big pool, and indoor and outdoor jacuzzi Rooms were very big Location is good if you visit center or come from Buquebus. The onsite casino is nice to have a look.

Hotel is older, also soundproofing could be better, could hear next room very clear Hotel is definitly not 5 star, feels more 3-4 star but all in all can recommend it.

A hospedagem no Radisson em Montevideo foi uma experiência ótima, bom atendimento dos funcionários, café da manhã espetacular, centro fitness muito bom, com equipamentos novos e funcionando, piscina muito boa e a localização perfeita. Recomendo.

O quarto é amplo, confortável, silencioso e com uma bela vista.

A limpeza deixou um pouco a desejar. O serviço de quarto não foi muito eficiente quando solicitado.

El desayuno está muy bien. Había hummus muy rico y la variedad de frutas naturales y tambien comida salada, todo muy buena calidad. El personal es super amable, en la recepción y tambien en el restaurante, etc.

The hotel is like a monument on the edge of the old town! Perfect location, close to the ferry if you are coming from Buenos Aires. Casino for spending local currency :) You can pay by credit card everywhere. Diego at the reception allowed us to check in 4 hours early.

Coffee machine in the room without having to make coffee. Don't expect sparkling wine at breakfast like in European 5* hotels. But this seems to be the general practice in America :)

Wir haben ein Suite auf einem oberen Stockwerk bestellt um eine schöne Stadtpanorama zu genießen. Das war einfach genial. Die Lage ist sehr zentral. Das Zimmer war ganz schön und sauber. Das Frühstück befindet sich auf der obersten Etage und hat die beste Aussicht. Das Schwimmbad ist sehr groß und ist am Abend fast leer - sehr zu empfehlen!

Es ist eher ein Hotel für Geschäftsleute. Die Bedienung erfolgt ohne besondere Wärme. Als Familie fühlt man sich fehl am Platz. Das Frühstück war für uns eine Enttäuschung, es war nicht besonders lecker
