The room was received very late after 6 pm. And the staff were not helpful and everyone is throwing me to the other with no proper help.

The staff, especially a wonderful man called Sebastian. He was so helpful and so professional

1- The rooms are not well sound-proofed. 2- I could hear all the doors of the adjacent rooms opening and closing in the corridor.. I needed to sleep with ear plugs for all the nights I was there. 3- The blinds are not full blackout blinds especially the ones in the bathroom.

It's better to have additional power socket for hair tools. Hairdryer etc..

Staff are good, great room service food. Located right next to DIFC, so very close to many of the best restaurants and bars. Large clean rooms and good amenities.

Hotel is starting to get a bit old in terms of furniture and interior design. Can be noisy during weekends if your room is on the wrong side of the hotel.
