Lovely breakfast, close walk to the seafront.

Not sure if they offer croissants and pain a chocolates, that would be nice, daughter loves them, she suggested that, everything else is perfect.

The guest house was warm and welcoming. The owners were very friendly and couldn't do enough for you. the room was impeccably clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was hot fresh and plentiful and served with a smile. Perfectly located with a 5 minute walk to all Skegness has to offer yet far enough to make for a lovely quiet and peaceful stay. The room was stocked daily with coffee, tea and milk. The bathroom was supplied with soap, shower get and shampoo We loved our stay and will definitely will be back!

The shower was a little on the small size, but nothing worth worrying about. other than this there was nothing we didn't like about the Aldor

The Aldor is very clean, breakfast really nice a lot of choice, Darren & Caroline very helpful. Really enjoyed our weekend away.

Nothing at all to complain about, but there are a lot of steps as we had a room on 2nd floor to accommodate the 2 beds we required. We did manage though, but would be good if they could have a twin bedded room on a lower floor for pensioners
