Excellent breakfast and location

The room was a bit small

It was very clean and cozy and close to all the attractions

The one little thing was just the TV channel selection for the kids.

Really good choice for the families and love couple as well. Not too big rooms, but absolute enought. Only one tip: do not choice crumble eggs :P You cant eat them. :D English breakfast was good first day.

The room was light, airy and very clean. The breakfast was plentiful which set us up for the day ahead.

The bathroom door didn’t close properly. The wi-fi was a bit hit and miss.

The room was clean and everything was really nice, the breakfast was lovely and there was lots of choice. The owners were very nice, and it was more modern than we expected. I would recommend anyone that's looking for a quiet stay.

Our room was ground floor and had Venetian blinds, which I feel didn't offer great privacy, curtains might be a good addition to the current setup. Although, I'm really nit-picking here, the room was really great.

The The room was spacious and clean with good facilities. The breakfast was lovely with a good selection.

Location was great. Welcomed by staff on arrival got us into the room promptly. Comfortable.

No food facilities other than breakfast served between a 45 minute time period, which in our opinion with us being a family with two young children wasn’t enough time so we didn’t get to have the breakfast on any of the 2 morning we were there. We were also not allowed to take the food up to the room so we completely missed out. No clear sign for drinking water. 1L bottle a day provided by the accommodation. We felt rushed out at 10.02 with staff member knocking at the door asking if we were aware what time it is & pointing at his watch which didn’t feel very polite.

Only that the cereal had gone a bit stale/ flat tasting in the dispenser pots at breakfast, shame as all rest of breakfast was fab.

We received a lovely welcome on arrival by Steve, the moment I arrived I found the property beautiful and quirky along with a welcoming smell of fresh laundry in the room soon as door was opened, very comfortable beds, en suite, tv, tea and coffee, fresh towels daily, hairdryer, fridge and breakfast is lovely! selection of 10 cereals, croissants, yogurts, fresh fruit and a beautiful fry up with toast. fresh juices, tea and coffee all made by Tracey. Thankyou again for a breakfast large enough to set us up til evening. The beach is through a little pathway at end of row taking you to lovely beaches. Ideal location for wanting to be close enough to the pier but far enough away for peaceful nights to sleep, highly recommend this as somewhere to stay as very clean and local to all attractions even a spar around the corner. I really couldn’t fault this place. Parking is directly outside.

Ideally located, a little bit away from the Main Street but good because very quiet and not too big so not too many people. Room not a bad size with a double and single bed, drawers and wardrobe also tea/coffee making facilities a small fridge and bottle of water in room. En-suite nice. Excellent full English breakfast which you could choose what you wanted on it. Also good choice of cereals, Danish pastries, juices and tea or coffee, all help yourself which was brilliant.

Parking could have been a problem, we had to block the owner in to get parked very narrow street.
