Handy for the Convention Centre which was just over the road. Plenty of places to eat within walking distance.

Microwave was integrated in the oven and not easy to use. A separate one would be nice. Kitchen not too well equipped. No pizza cutter and no scissors. Couldn't park outside to unload my case as the two spaces were full so had to park at their other property, which was 10 - 15 minutes walk away, and carry everything down the hill. Please don't be put off by my comments. This is a lovely apartment for a couple who can share the load but as a solo traveller it was challenging. Even so I would consider staying again but next time I will try staying at their property on Duchy road which has on site parking.

Excellently presented, quality fixtures and fittings, tasteful decor and very clean. Also very spacious and relaxing

On our first night, a lot of the noise from the flat above including footsteps could be easily heard.

Parking at the other site was ok, communication was good before stay.

Apartment was shabby in comparison to York property, was disappointed. Needs an update and a refresh. Noise was unbearable from neighbouring music bars and loud shouting until 1am - shutter on bedroom window would not close and kept swinging open which didn’t help. Feedback given at checkout - response was “well it is the city centre” and “sorry about that” re: the shutter. Couldn’t wait to get rid of us, very dismissive.
