Location was super excellent. The view was stunning. It was my Son's birthday, and the beautiful staff had put ballons and chocolates for him, a delightful surprise, and very thoughtful!!! They went above and beyond for him. We loved it!!! Thanks so much, our deep appreciation to the staff!!!

Whilst the room was very good, clean, and looked after, perhaps an update would be a good idea and suitable since there's the new, two towers across the road and more new construction happening.

Location, amenities and layout of room. Housekeeping do an amazing job tidying up every day.

Excellent location. Staff were fantastic. Service was excellent. We stayed at the penthouse on the 12th floor. Excellent views and facilities at this apartment. Casino and live band playing at night . Pokies for people who love to spend there time in the hotel. Good bars and restaurants within the complex. Walking distance to the beach. Pool and mini golf were fantastic options. We visited Kingscliff and Byron Bay which is not to far if you have a car to drive there.

Everything was so easy and relaxed right from checkin to checkout. Staff were so accommodating and friendly. Plenty of car parks and so close to lifts.

Room was very small/cramped. Tiny shower, door didn’t close properly and water went everywhere. Garbage collection at 6.15am was not the ideal start to the day. Guests next door could be clearly heard via the shared entry point. Very disappointing stay, significantly overpriced. Lobby desk was never manned.

So many concerns emailed to mantra with no reply Will never stay there again!

Heating function on our air conditioner did not work. Raised this with front desk and was told it would get fixed before our second night. Never got fixed. Beds had no blankets. Froze our buts off both nights.

The decor was quite old school & worn looking My dishwasher didn’t work

Check in (joint with Sebel) is a bit confusing and can be chaotic.

Location and the view from our room. I pity the poor sods whose views are blocked by the building in front of their rooms.

The price, but I fully understand that one gets what one pays for, so no worries.
